ASUS ExpertCenter PN55 brings Copilot+ AI performance into compact mini PC form
ASUS launches ExpertCenter PN55 mini PC with Ryzen AI processors and on-device Copilot+ support in a compact form factor.
ASUS has introduced the ExpertCenter PN55, a compact mini PC built around AMD’s Ryzen AI 400 Series processors, targeting office environments, prosumers, and retail deployments that require small form factor systems with on-device AI capability.
Table Of Content
The system combines CPU and NPU performance with integrated graphics in a chassis measuring 130 x 130 x 34mm, positioning it as a space-efficient workstation for AI-assisted productivity, collaboration, and light content creation.
AI processing moves into everyday workloads
At the core of the ExpertCenter PN55 is an AMD Ryzen AI 400 Series processor, with configurations scaling up to Ryzen AI 9 HX 470. The integrated XDNA2 NPU delivers up to 55 TOPS, enabling local execution of AI workloads without reliance on cloud processing.
This setup supports Copilot+ features such as Live Captions for multilingual meetings, Cocreator for image generation from text prompts, and Recall for retrieving previously accessed files. ASUS positions these capabilities around everyday workflows rather than specialist AI use cases, including document creation, presentations, and web-based tasks.
Memory configurations of up to 96GB DDR5 further support multitasking across AI-accelerated applications, allowing concurrent workloads such as content generation, browsing, and office productivity tools.
Multi-display support and connectivity for business setups
The PN55 integrates AMD Radeon 800M graphics, designed to handle high-resolution displays and light creative workloads. The system supports up to four 4K displays simultaneously, positioning it for desk-based multitasking setups, digital signage, or control environments.
Connectivity is a defining part of the system design. With dual LAN support and up to six USB ports, alongside HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB4 options, the PN55 is built to accommodate a range of peripherals and networking configurations without requiring external expansion.
This combination of display support and I/O density aligns the device with use cases where compact systems need to replace traditional desktops without sacrificing connectivity or screen real estate.
Security, manageability, and long-term deployment
ASUS includes hardware-level security features such as a chassis-mounted fingerprint sensor and fTPM 2.0 for data protection. Selected configurations also support AMD PRO technologies, adding remote management and enhanced security capabilities for enterprise environments.
The system is backed by over three years of software support, with durability testing aligned to US MIL-STD-810H standards. ASUS positions the PN55 for continuous operation, including deployments in commercial environments such as retail displays and office infrastructure.
Compact design with serviceable internals
The PN55 uses an aluminium chassis with a tool-less design, allowing access to memory and storage for upgrades without specialised tools. This approach reduces maintenance complexity in enterprise or multi-unit deployments.
Weighing approximately 0.6kg and supporting VESA mounting, the system is designed for flexible placement, including behind monitors or within constrained workspaces.
The ASUS ExpertCenter PN55 Mini PC will be available in Singapore from July 2026.
