ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has introduced a new co-branded collection in collaboration with virtual pop icon Hatsune Miku. The ROG x Hatsune Miku Edition includes a full range of gaming components and peripherals that blend ROG’s performance-driven design with Miku’s signature teal and pink aesthetic. The collection will be available in Singapore from end-September 2025, with selected items launching in October.
A complete themed hardware ecosystem
The ROG x Hatsune Miku Edition offers gamers a wide array of products that allow for a fully themed build, from motherboard to monitor, including apparel. Key components in the lineup include the ROG Strix X870E-H Gaming WiFi7 motherboard, the Astral GeForce RTX 5080 O16G graphics card, Ryuo IV 360 ARGB AIO cooler, and the Strix Helios II and ASUS A23 PC cases. The ecosystem also includes the Strix Arion SSD enclosure, Thor 1200W Platinum III PSU, and the Strix XG27ACMEG-G gaming monitor. For fans, ROG is also releasing limited-edition T-shirts that incorporate the Hatsune Miku theme.
Each product in the collection features unique Miku-themed elements. For example, the Strix X870E-H motherboard showcases Miku’s colours across the VRM and heatsinks, alongside custom backplate graphics. The component is compatible with AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000, and 7000 series processors and supports features like AI Overclocking and AI Cooling II. Aura Sync integration ensures users can match lighting effects across components for a unified setup.
Co-branded performance with a creative edge
The ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5080 O16G graphics card stands out with bold anime-style artwork on the backplate and a quad-fan design that improves airflow by up to 20%. Built for gamers who demand high frame rates and low temperatures, the card includes a patented vapor chamber and 50-amp MOSFETs to support stable performance and overclocking.
The Ryuo IV 360 ARGB AIO cooler brings a mix of style and function, featuring a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display that can show animated visuals or system information. The cooler also uses high-performance fans and pump technology for efficient, quiet operation, with a design inspired by Miku’s digital persona.
The Strix Helios II PC case incorporates a full-body Miku illustration on the front panel and supports large EATX motherboards and 450mm graphics cards. The case includes easy-access features like a detachable PSU bracket and a clamp for GPU mounting. Meanwhile, the ASUS A23 PC case offers an alternative design, with a headset hook inspired by Miku’s signature necktie and support for hidden-connector motherboards to reduce cable clutter.
Monitor, accessories and availability
For visual performance, the Strix XG27ACMEG-G monitor delivers 1440p resolution, a 260Hz refresh rate (overclocked), 0.3ms response time, and 90% DCI-P3 colour coverage. The 27-inch display features NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium support, ensuring smooth and responsive gameplay. Miku-themed design elements appear on the monitor stand, phone holder, and on-screen display.
Completing the collection is the Strix Arion SSD enclosure, which fits various M.2 NVMe SSDs and features a screwless, tool-free design. The aluminium casing includes thermal pads for heat dissipation and is decorated with stylised Miku graphics on both sides.
The ROG Thor 1200W Platinum III PSU incorporates GaN MOSFETs that are up to 30% more efficient than standard models. It also features a swappable OLED screen to display power usage in real time and design elements referencing Miku’s musical roots, including waveform graphics and her “01” ID.
The ROG Hatsune Miku Edition T-shirts are made from sustainable Sorona fabric, offering stretchability, breathability, and moisture-wicking properties. Designs include sci-fi inspired digital motifs and reflective ink elements for added visual flair.
The ROG x Hatsune Miku Edition collection will be rolled out across Singapore in stages, beginning at the end of September 2025. Prices confirmed so far include S$799 for the motherboard, S$629 for the Helios II case, S$179 for the A23 case, and S$99 for the SSD enclosure.
