ATxSG renews a three-year partnership with IMDA, returning in May 2026 to strengthen Asia’s role in shaping the digital future.
Asia Tech x Singapore (ATxSG) will continue as a jointly organised event between Informa Festivals and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) following the renewal of a three-year strategic partnership. The agreement extends a collaboration that has shaped the event into one of Asia’s most prominent technology platforms and sets the direction for its next phase of growth.

Under the renewed partnership, ATxSG will return from 20 to 22 May 2026 in Singapore. The event is positioned as a key convening platform for leaders from technology, business and government to examine the innovations, policies and partnerships shaping Asia’s digital future. The organisers said the agreement reinforces a shared ambition to elevate ATxSG’s international standing while deepening its relevance to emerging technologies and regional priorities.
The formalisation of the partnership marks a milestone in the evolution of the ATx brand. Both organisations aim to broaden ATxSG’s global footprint, strengthen its focus on frontier technologies, and enhance its role as a platform that enables collaboration between industry and policymakers. The renewed commitment also signals a longer-term vision for ATxSG as a catalyst for responsible and inclusive digital development across Asia.
Expanding the scope and influence of ATxSG
Informa Festivals said the renewed partnership reflects confidence in ATxSG’s role as a critical meeting point for the global technology community. Over the next three years, the organisers plan to expand international participation and elevate discussions on emerging technologies, while creating spaces for more substantive engagement between innovators, industry leaders and policymakers.
Tom Cuthell, Vice President of Future Tech at Informa Festivals, said, “ATxSG has become a critical meeting point for the global tech community, and this renewed partnership reflects our shared ambition to take the event to even greater heights. Over the next three years, we will continue expanding the breadth of international participation, elevating discussions on emerging technologies, and creating spaces where industry leaders, innovators and policymakers can engage on the issues that truly matter. We’re excited to work alongside IMDA to shape a festival that not only showcases the future of tech, but actively helps build it.”
IMDA highlighted that the partnership builds on a relationship spanning the past five years and represents a new chapter for the ATx brand. The authority said the next phase will focus on engaging the full technology ecosystem, spanning governments, enterprises and innovators from Asia and beyond, through ATxSG’s flagship platforms.
Ms Yvonne Lim, Cluster Director for the Asia Tech x Programme Office and Digital Industry Singapore at IMDA, said, “ATxSG and Informa Festivals have had a long-standing relationship over the last 5 years. The formalising of our continued partnership for the next 3 years marks a new chapter in the growth of the ATx brand. Through the ATxSummit and ATxEnterprise, we plan to continue engaging the whole tech ecosystem across governments, enterprises and innovators from Asia and beyond. This is an exciting time to be on the pulse of technology, and the ATx umbrella of platforms will bring the best Digital Ministers and thought-leaders here, for unparalleled conversations anywhere else in the world.”
ATxSummit and ATxEnterprise anchor the 2026 programme
The 2026 edition of ATxSG will be anchored by two core segments, ATxSummit and ATxEnterprise, each targeting different but complementary audiences within the technology ecosystem. ATxSummit will take place on 20 and 21 May 2026 at Capella Singapore, bringing together senior leaders and decision-makers for high-level discussions on Asia’s innovation agenda.
ATxSummit is expected to host more than 60 speakers and over 4,000 senior leaders, government officials and technology practitioners from 50 countries. The agenda will cover topics including agentic and embodied artificial intelligence, AI governance and safety, AI adoption across industries, quantum technologies, and the future of work. The summit is positioned as a forum for policy-oriented dialogue and strategic exchange at the intersection of technology and governance.
Running alongside the summit, ATxEnterprise will be held from 20 to 22 May 2026 at Singapore Expo. Positioned as the region’s flagship B2B technology marketplace, ATxEnterprise will bring together exhibitors and delegates to explore new technologies, form partnerships and accelerate enterprise innovation across sectors.
ATxEnterprise will incorporate several anchor events, including BroadcastAsia, CommunicAsia, SatelliteAsia, TechXLR8 Asia, The AI Summit Singapore, and the Startup Arena. These platforms are designed to address a wide range of technology domains, from broadcasting and telecommunications to satellite communications, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data, quantum technology and blockchain.
Focus on frontier technologies and regional collaboration
The 2026 programme will feature a line-up of industry leaders and practitioners from across the public and private sectors. Confirmed speakers include Lambert Hogenhout, Chief Data and AI at the United Nations; Jeanie Fang, Director of Data and AI Management at Crunchbase; Maria Yolanda Crisanto, Chief Sustainability Officer at Globe Telecom; and Deepak Sarda, Chief Technology Officer at Endowus, among others from data centres, telecommunications, venture capital and enterprise technology.
Over the next three years, the renewed partnership will prioritise deeper engagement across artificial intelligence, space technologies, quantum computing and next-generation connectivity. The organisers said there will also be a stronger emphasis on public-private collaboration to support responsible digital development and policy alignment across the region.
By reinforcing ATxSG’s position as a regional convening platform, Informa Festivals and IMDA aim to ensure the event continues to reflect Asia’s rapidly evolving digital landscape. The partnership is intended to support long-term dialogue, collaboration and experimentation, while maintaining Singapore’s role as a hub for technology, policy and innovation in Asia.
