DXC Technology and ServiceNow partner to accelerate generative AI adoption for businesses

DXC Technology, a Fortune 500 technology services provider, has expanded its long-standing partnership with ServiceNow to help businesses adopt generative AI (GenAI) more effectively. This collaboration introduces a new Centre of Excellence (CoE), combining DXC’s industry expertise with ServiceNow’s advanced AI solutions, including the GenAI-powered Now Assist platform.

The partnership focuses on addressing challenges businesses face in realising value from AI investments. By leveraging DXC’s AI Impact framework, which integrates consulting, engineering, and secure enterprise services, alongside ServiceNow’s GenAI capabilities, the CoE aims to streamline AI adoption and improve technology performance for businesses worldwide.

DXC’s successful implementation of Now Assist has already demonstrated measurable outcomes. For over 500 clients, this has transformed the incident management process, saving nearly 10,000 hours monthly and enhancing IT operations and customer experience.

  • Swiss Federal Railways: DXC integrated employee and customer-facing applications with the Now Platform, ensuring the safe transportation of 1.25 million passengers and 205,000 tons of goods daily.
  • Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC): DXC implemented unified platforms, including ServiceNow, to manage mission-critical operations, enabling JFC to focus on strategic growth.
  • City of Milan’s Civil Protection Department: During the COVID-19 pandemic, DXC and ServiceNow assisted in managing the receipt and distribution of personal protective equipment efficiently.

Expanding expertise through certifications and advisory roles

Globally, DXC boasts over 2,000 ServiceNow certifications and more than 1,300 accreditations. The company continues to enhance its workforce through a dedicated ServiceNow Training Academy.
