Epson launches next generation EcoTank printers for small businesses in Singapore

Epson launches new EcoTank printers in Singapore, offering small businesses faster speeds, low costs, and improved durability.

Epson has introduced its latest EcoTank series in Singapore, offering compact, cost-efficient, and high-performance printing solutions tailored to the needs of small businesses. The new models – L4360, L6370, and L6390 – succeed the earlier L4260, L6270, and L6290 series and promise to enhance productivity with better durability, faster printing speeds, and reduced environmental impact.

Designed for today’s small business needs

The new EcoTank L4360, L6370, and L6390 are part of Epson’s ongoing efforts to support small and home businesses with affordable and reliable printing. With 72.2% of SMEs citing rising costs as a key concern, the printers aim to deliver strong value by reducing ongoing expenses without compromising on performance.

The new models feature Epson’s Heat-Free Technology, which eliminates heat-based ink ejection and reduces energy consumption. The printers also require fewer consumables, reportedly up to 84% less, helping businesses maintain sustainable operations while lowering costs.

These enhancements align with Epson’s push for more eco-friendly and cost-effective solutions, particularly important for SMEs looking to improve profitability amid economic uncertainty.

Compact form with long-lasting durability

All three printers come in a sleek, two-tone design with a more compact footprint to suit smaller workspaces. The L4360 measures 37.5 x 34.7 x 18.7 cm and weighs 5.2kg, while the L6370 and L6390 are slightly heavier at 7.2kg and 7.3kg respectively. A redesigned status light on the printer helps users track progress and issues during the printing process more intuitively.

Durability has also been improved, with the L4360 rated for up to 50,000 prints and both the L6370 and L6390 capable of delivering up to 100,000 prints. These upgrades offer small businesses a more dependable and longer-lasting solution, reducing the need for frequent replacements and service disruptions.

Faster performance and better user experience

Print speeds have been significantly improved across all models. The L4360 now prints up to 15 images per minute (ipm) in black and white and up to 8 ipm in colour, a 43% speed increase over its predecessor. The L6370 and L6390 print at 18 ipm for monochrome and up to 9 ipm for colour, making them 16% faster than previous versions.

The L6370 and L6390 also offer auto duplex scanning and copying, with the ability to scan up to 30 sheets of A4 paper in half the time typically required for double-sided documents. These features streamline workflows and reduce manual effort, especially for offices with higher document volumes.

Print quality remains a core focus, with the series offering vibrant colour output, accurate skin tones, and sharp grayscale graphics. High-resolution printing is supported by large-capacity ink bottles that can produce up to 8,500 black-and-white pages or 6,500 colour pages. The front-facing ink tank design simplifies refilling, improving convenience for users.

Smart features with minimal maintenance

All three models include wireless printing capabilities via Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct, and can be managed through the Epson Smart Panel app, which allows easy setup and real-time ink monitoring using a smartphone.

To further reduce downtime, Epson has made maintenance more user-friendly. Each printer includes a replaceable maintenance box that can be swapped without tools or service centre visits. The outer casing has also been redesigned to allow easier access for upkeep, ensuring users can perform basic servicing independently.

“Epson remains committed to providing high-quality and efficient printing solutions that support businesses in their daily operations,” said Derek Tan, Head of Sales and Marketing at Epson Singapore. “With the next generation EcoTank Printer series, we have faster performance, enhanced durability and user-friendly features that are combined to improve productivity in today’s economy, ensuring businesses can remain competitive and sustainable.”

The new Epson EcoTank L4360, L6370, and L6390 printers will be available in Singapore from July 2025.
