monday.com opens new office in Singapore to strengthen Southeast Asia presence

monday.com has opened a new Singapore office to expand in Southeast Asia, bringing its AI-powered work solutions closer to local customers.

monday.com has opened a new office in Singapore as part of its strategy to deepen its presence in Southeast Asia and better support local businesses. Located at 21 Collyer Quay, the office will serve as the company’s regional hub at a time when the Southeast Asian digital economy is expected to reach US$300 billion by the end of the year.

The move highlights monday.com’s long-term commitment to Singapore and the broader Asia-Pacific region. The company plans to expand its Singapore-based team by about four times over the next year and further develop its partner network across the region. Currently, monday.com works with over 20 partners in Southeast Asia, including Acepak Technology and iZeno, and supports more than 1,000 customers in Singapore. Among them are well-known names such as Brother International, Unilever, and CloudMile.

Bringing innovation closer to customers

Dean Swan, Vice President and General Manager for APJ at monday.com, said the new office would help the company better understand and address local business needs. “Southeast Asia’s diverse and dynamic workforce represents the region’s greatest strength. However, as businesses accelerate AI adoption, many struggle to bridge the gap between investment and impact, often unable to harness technology in ways that truly empower their people,” said Swan. “With our new office in Singapore, our team is now closer to our customers and partners, understanding their unique challenges to drive better outcomes. Our culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus has been key in democratising the power of AI, helping every team member and not just technical users adopt intelligent tools to drive inclusive growth.”

The Singapore team will focus on helping businesses implement solutions that improve productivity and collaboration. By working closely with customers and partners, monday.com aims to help organisations integrate AI-driven features into their workflows more effectively.

Driving the next wave of AI capabilities

The office opening follows the company’s recent product announcements at Elevate, its annual customer conference. monday.com introduced monday agents, a new AI-powered agent builder that enables businesses to automate more complex tasks. It also launched monday magic, monday vibe, and monday sidekick — three AI capabilities designed to enhance work processes. Additionally, monday campaigns was unveiled as a new AI-powered product within the monday CRM suite, aimed at helping marketing teams run smarter and more efficient campaigns.

These developments reflect monday.com’s efforts to make AI accessible and practical for all users, not just technical teams. By building tools that adapt to different industries and work styles, the company aims to help organisations across Southeast Asia accelerate digital transformation and achieve measurable business impact.

The new Singapore hub is expected to play a key role in this vision, acting as a central point for customer support, partner collaboration, and product adoption across the region.
