StarHub opens Galaxy S26 pre-orders from S$0 on 5G Unlimited+ plans with trade-in and roaming perks in Singapore.
StarHub has opened pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S26 series in Singapore, offering the latest flagship devices from S$0 upfront under its 5G Unlimited+ plans. The promotion runs until 10 March 2026 and is available to both new and existing customers.

The operator is positioning the offer around instalment flexibility and bundled value rather than headline handset pricing alone. Through its Buy Now Pay Later scheme, customers can opt for 0% interest instalments over 12 or 24 months, depending on the selected plan and device configuration.
Existing subscribers can offset the cost of the new Galaxy S26 models using accumulated DeviceDollars, while new sign-ups are eligible for discounts of up to S$388 off the device price. Pre-orders include complimentary three months of SmartSupport, valued at S$42.78, with the option to lock in a guaranteed trade-in value of 50% or more for the next Samsung Galaxy upgrade in 2027 if the service remains active.

Trade-in, support and plan features
To support upgrades, StarHub is offering a trade-in process that includes instant online quotes, free doorstep collection or drop-off at selected pop-up booths. Trade-in cashback is processed within two days, according to the company.
The bundled 5G Unlimited+ plans combine unlimited local data with unlimited overseas calls and SMS, as well as global roaming across 165 destinations. The plans also include built-in ScamSafe protection and monthly DeviceDollars accrual, and are offered without fixed-term contracts.
StarHub is positioning the plans around predictability, highlighting the absence of roaming bill shocks and hidden limits. In parallel, it continues to expand its broader portfolio of digital and enterprise services, including solutions incorporating artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, Internet of Things and robotics for corporate and government clients.
Availability and promotional activities
Pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S26 series are open online, with free delivery included. Early collection or delivery is scheduled from 6 March 2026, while general availability for walk-in purchases at StarHub stores begins on 11 March 2026.
As part of the campaign, StarHub will conduct a promotional activation along Orchard Road near Paragon on 7 and 8 March from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, offering free ice cream to the public. Additional in-store events are planned to showcase the 5G Unlimited+ plans and Galaxy S26 offers, with further details to be announced via StarHub’s social channels.
