The Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) closed its 10th edition on 14 November, marking a decade of international collaboration centred on advancing an open and inclusive financial ecosystem. The milestone event drew more than 70,000 participants from 142 countries and regions, making it the largest edition to date and reinforcing its position as a leading global platform for policy dialogue, industry innovation and cross-border cooperation.
This year’s theme, Technology Blueprint for the Next Decade of Finance, shaped discussions across the festival’s extensive programme. More than 900 speakers took part in about 300 sessions, exploring how artificial intelligence, tokenisation and quantum technologies are expected to transform financial services over the coming decade.
Policy conversations at the Insights Forum
The invite-only Insights Forum remained a core element of the festival. It brought together more than 2,300 policymakers, regulators, investors and industry leaders for in-depth discussions across 80 sessions. Conversations centred on regulatory approaches for digital money, collaborative frameworks for responsible AI development and the readiness of financial systems for emerging quantum technologies. The forum continued to serve as a space for long-term policy planning and global financial cooperation.
Looking ahead to SFF 2026
The organisers expressed their appreciation to the sponsors, speakers, partners and attendees who contributed to the success of the 10th-anniversary event. Planning has already begun for SFF 2026, which will be held from 18 to 20 November. The Insights Forum will return as a two-day programme ahead of the main festival, scheduled for 16 to 17 November 2026. The next edition aims to continue strengthening the event’s international reach and its role in shaping the future of financial innovation.
