Tineco has unveiled two new floor washer models in Singapore – the Floor One S9 Artist and the Floor One Switch S7 Stretch – in a move aimed at tackling common household cleaning frustrations such as odours, tangled hair, and the need for multiple cleaning tools. Both devices are now available online and in retail stores, accompanied by a launch promotion running from 28 February to 28 March 2025.
Floor One S9 Artist focuses on flexibility and smart cleaning
Designed for modern homes, the Floor One S9 Artist is equipped with advanced features to make cleaning more efficient and less physically demanding. Its 360° SmoothDrive Technology reduces hand effort by up to 50% by adjusting the speed of its wheels in real-time and allowing smooth left-right movements with a 90° swivel. An AI chip helps with seamless forward and backward manoeuvring, allowing easier steering and control.
The slim design, featuring a flat height of just 12.85 cm, is part of Tineco’s Hyper Stretch Technology. This allows users to clean under low furniture with ease, removing dust and dirt from typically hard-to-reach areas. The device is also equipped with a Dual-Block Anti-Tangle Design, efficiently picking up both pet and human hair without causing tangles.
To ensure cleanliness of the device itself, the S9 Artist features Tineco’s MHCBS (Maintain Hygiene Clean Brush System), which rinses the brush using clean water while a squeegee removes dirt. Dirty water is instantly sucked into a wastewater tank, preventing recontamination. In addition, the FlashDry Self-Cleaning System uses 85°C heated water and hot air to remove stains and dry the brush thoroughly.
Further enhancements include the Backtrack Water Erasure function to eliminate water streaks and a repositioned clean water tank that reduces the overall weight of the device for easier handling. An optional Electrolyzed Water function also offers a more powerful clean, providing an all-in-one solution for households seeking a convenient and efficient floor care tool.
Floor One Switch S7 Stretch offers a 5-in-1 cleaning solution
The Floor One Switch S7 Stretch is designed as an all-in-one cleaning device, integrating floor washing, vacuuming, crevice cleaning, soft surface care, and high-reach dusting. It aims to replace traditional vacuum cleaners by handling both wet and dry messes, including stubborn oily stains.
With a suction power of 22KPa, the S7 Stretch ensures strong debris and dirt removal. It also uses the same MHCBS technology as the S9 Artist, rinsing the brush 450 times per minute with clean water. Its 180° lay-flat body and Hyper Stretch Technology enable access to tight spaces under furniture, with a cleaning reach of just 13 cm in height.
Like its counterpart, the S7 Stretch uses a Dual-Block Anti-Tangle Design and dual-sided edge cleaning for complete surface coverage. Its FlashDry Self-Cleaning System uses 85°C hot water and hot air to dissolve grime and dry the brush in five minutes, helping to prevent unpleasant odours and maintain hygiene.
As a vacuum, the S7 Stretch offers advanced filtration with a 5-stage system that captures 99.97% of dust and particles as small as 0.3 microns. The ZeroTangle Brush helps avoid hair wrapping issues, while an LED headlight illuminates hidden areas. The device has a vacuum runtime of up to 70 minutes, thanks to upgraded pouch cells that offer three times the lifespan of traditional batteries.
Launch promotion offers free gifts: To celebrate the launch, Tineco is offering a promotion for both models. Customers who purchase the Floor One S9 Artist or Floor One Switch S7 Stretch from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or selected mass retailers between 28 February and 28 March 2025 will receive a free Tineco iCarpet Spot Cleaner worth S$379 and six bottles of cleaning solution.
