ESET introduces advanced home security solutions with AI enhancements

ESET unveils HOME Security Ultimate, featuring advanced AI-enhanced digital protection with new VPN and enhanced browser security for contemporary homes.

ESET has launched its most advanced offering yet, ESET HOME Security Ultimate, which stands as the premier subscription tier within its ESET HOME Security suite. This new addition is tailored to enhance the digital security of modern households with features such as a Virtual Private Network (VPN) and improved browser privacy.

This sophisticated product not only includes comprehensive security management tools but also boasts cutting-edge enhancements in browser security and privacy, reinforcing its position as a robust cybersecurity solution.

Extensive protection across various platforms

ESET’s expanded lineup now includes three distinct tiers: ESET HOME Security Essential, ESET HOME Security Premium, and the newly added ESET HOME Security Ultimate. Each level offers tailored security features designed to meet users’ diverse needs, from fundamental endpoint protection to advanced, cloud-driven threat defence.

The Essential package provides basic security features, including real-time protection, safe banking and browsing, and a network inspector to safeguard sensitive information. The Premium tier enhances these protections with a Password Manager, Secure Data encryption, and ESET LiveGuard, which defends against new and emerging threats through cloud-based technology.

The Ultimate tier introduces several new features, including a VPN that ensures safe and private internet browsing, complemented by browser extensions that protect online activity. Additional tools like Metadata Cleanup and Website Settings Review enhance users’ control over their online privacy and security.

Enhanced features for contemporary users

The newly integrated VPN feature enhances privacy and security by creating a protected network connection, even over public Wi-Fi, and maintains a strict no-logs policy to ensure data privacy. It also provides unlimited bandwidth for accessing geo-restricted content, enabling users to access media from over 60 countries, thus allowing them to enjoy their favourite TV shows and streaming services from anywhere in the world.

The VPN is equipped with DNS leak protection, MAC spoofing, a firewall, and split tunnelling on desktop platforms, enhancing its utility and user control.

Parvinder Walia, President of ESET for Asia Pacific and Japan, stated, “We are excited to introduce ESET HOME Security Ultimate, our most advanced AI-based cybersecurity solution for consumers to date. This product is designed to protect the modern household using artificial intelligence, human insight, and cloud technology. With the addition of our new VPN feature, we are deepening our commitment to offering comprehensive protection and significantly enhancing user privacy. This ensures safe and unrestricted digital experiences while maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and online security.”

Streamlined security management

Additionally, ESET HOME Security Ultimate includes the ESET HOME platform, a comprehensive security management dashboard accessible via a web portal and mobile applications for iOS and Android. This feature allows users to conveniently manage their security settings, devices, and subscriptions from anywhere.

This latest enhancement to the ESET HOME Security lineup not only broadens the scope of ESET’s offerings but also solidifies its reputation as a leader in digital security solutions, addressing the needs of modern households across different platforms.
