Logitech has introduced the Rally AI Camera and Rally AI Camera Pro to serve large meeting environments such as boardrooms, classrooms and town halls. Both devices combine automated video framing with a compact profile, while the Rally AI Camera can also be recessed into a wall to keep visible hardware to a minimum.
At the heart of the system is Logitech’s RightSight 2 technology, which dynamically adjusts framing as conversations unfold. The cameras adapt to changing room dynamics by framing an entire group, locking focus onto an active speaker, or presenting attendees in an organised grid. To provide comprehensive coverage in larger rooms, multiple units can operate in tandem using Zoom Intelligent Director and Microsoft Teams multiple camera view. This multi-camera configuration captures the meeting from several vantage points simultaneously, giving remote participants a far more engaging perspective.

Larger sensors and flexible mounting
Each model features a custom-designed lens paired with a large 1-inch imaging sensor and an expansive 115-degree field of view. Logitech explains that this optical configuration is purpose-built to balance broad room coverage with sharp individual close-ups. Furthermore, the imaging system retains its clarity even when operating under challenging, lower-light conditions.
To handle deeper spaces, the Rally AI Camera Pro incorporates a secondary optical camera featuring a 15x hybrid zoom. This additional hardware extends coverage across venues like town halls, keeping distant presenters and fine details in clear focus.
Physical installation offers broad versatility, as organisations can mount the devices on a wall, ceiling or directly on a display. The standard Rally AI Camera introduces a dedicated in-wall mounting option, allowing the unit to blend seamlessly into architectural surfaces. To safeguard privacy and reassure room occupants, an integrated automatic shutter provides a clear, visible signal whenever the camera is turned off.
Video connectivity runs over USB or through a single category cable using the optional Rally AI Camera Extension Kit. In addition, integrated WiFi and Ethernet grant access to Logitech Sync for remote deployment, updates and troubleshooting, with full support for Rally Plus or professional conference audio systems.
People detection supports room management
Beyond video capture, the integrated people-detection capabilities transform the cameras into intelligent sensors for workplace management. Logitech states that the hardware monitors room occupancy, counts the exact number of attendees present, and tracks how frequently each collaboration space is utilised. All of this operational data flows directly into Logitech Sync, supplying facilities planners with actionable insights to evaluate estate usage.
The same presence-sensing capability links directly to room scheduling, automatically booking or releasing rooms depending on whether people show up. This bridges physical space monitoring with video collaboration, providing workplace teams with live occupancy intelligence alongside standard conferencing features.
Logitech manufactures the Rally AI Cameras using low-carbon aluminium. Similarly, all paper packaging comes from FSC-certified forests and other controlled sources.
The Rally AI Camera and Rally AI Camera Pro are scheduled to arrive on the market in September 2026. Both models will be supplied through authorised resellers, with buyers able to choose between graphite and off-white colour options.
