Exabeam named a leader in 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for SIEM for sixth time

Exabeam has been named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for SIEM for the sixth time, highlighting its AI-driven security innovation.

Exabeam has once again been named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), marking the sixth time the company has received this recognition. The achievement underscores Exabeam’s sustained leadership in delivering AI-driven security solutions that help organisations strengthen their threat detection, investigation, and response capabilities.

Pete Harteveld, CEO of Exabeam, said the recognition reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to advancing security operations. “We are honoured to be recognised in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for SIEM for the sixth time,” he said. “Over the past year, we’ve made significant enhancements to the Exabeam New-Scale Security Operations Platform, including the launch of Exabeam Nova to bring generative AI into the hands of every security analyst. In our view, this recognition validates our commitment to delivering a scalable, AI-driven SIEM platform that empowers security teams to detect, investigate, and respond to threats with unmatched speed and precision.”

Driving innovation with AI and automation

Exabeam continues to embed machine learning and agentic AI into the core of its platform to simplify complex security workflows and improve operational outcomes. Steve Wilson, Chief AI and Product Officer at Exabeam, highlighted how these capabilities are reshaping modern security operations. “At Exabeam, machine learning and agentic AI are embedded into the foundation of how we deliver modern security operations,” he said. “From automating security incident investigations with Exabeam Nova to delivering natural language search and automated dashboard creation, we’re turning complexity into clarity for SOC and insider threat teams. With advanced AI agents and best-in-class machine learning behavioural models, we’re redefining how modern SOCs operate through continuous innovation in AI and automation.”

The cloud-native Exabeam New-Scale Platform applies artificial intelligence and automation throughout security operations workflows, enabling a comprehensive approach to threat detection, investigation, and response (TDIR). Over the past year, Exabeam has accelerated innovation across its platform, releasing more than 400 new product features. These include Outcomes Navigator, Log Stream, an enriched API developer experience, Threat Center, and Exabeam Nova — a unified workbench designed to provide security analysts with agentic AI assistance.

These enhancements build on the company’s strong track record in the SIEM market. Before merging with Exabeam in 2024, LogRhythm was positioned as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for SIEM nine times, adding further depth to the company’s leadership credentials.

Expanding capabilities to secure the AI era

Beyond product enhancements, Exabeam has introduced new features, integrations, and partnerships to provide security teams with greater visibility, control, and strategic insight in an AI-driven landscape. Among these is the Exabeam Nova Advisor Agent, the industry’s first strategic planning agent for security operations centre (SOC) leadership. It offers real-time strategic planning, executive and board-level communication tools, gap identification, and scenario simulation capabilities to help CISOs defend investments and drive measurable security improvements.

Partnerships with Cribl and DataBahn have expanded data routing flexibility and improved predictability around SIEM storage and pipeline costs, while integrations with Google Agentspace and Google Cloud Model Armor extend behavioural detection capabilities to address insider risks linked to AI agents and infrastructure. Additionally, Exabeam’s New-Scale Platform is now the first security operations platform to offer configurable peer benchmarking, allowing security leaders to assess and enhance their security programme maturity compared with industry peers.

As cyber threats evolve and the adoption of AI continues to reshape security landscapes, Exabeam’s focus on innovation positions it as a key partner for organisations seeking to modernise their security operations. Its continued recognition as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant underscores the company’s ability to combine cutting-edge AI technologies with practical, scalable solutions that address the growing complexity of enterprise security.
