Insta360 launches Go 3S with 4K video and advanced features

Discover Insta360's Go 3S with 4K video, AI editing, Apple Find My, and waterproofing up to 10 m. Perfect for vloggers and adventurers alike.

Insta360 has taken a leap forward with its Go camera lineup, introducing the new Insta360 Go 3S. This latest model boasts a new chip that offers 50% more computing power, along with a wide-angle lens for a MegaView FOV, providing a more realistic look with less distortion. You can now capture videos in stunning 4K at 30 fps. We’re excited to bring you these advanced features in a compact design.

Enhanced video capabilities

The Go 3S supports Dolby Vision, a technology that enhances the colour and contrast of your videos, making them more vibrant and lifelike. It also features improved slow-motion capabilities, offering up to 200 fps at 1080p or 100 fps at 2.7 K, allowing you to capture every detail of fast-moving scenes. Weighing just 39 grammes, the Go 3S is as versatile as ever, easily mountable on various spots like a cap or even a pet’s collar using the Easy Clip accessory. It can also be magnetically clipped to your shirt with the Magnet Pendant accessory.

For our vlogger and adventurer community, we’ve introduced a new Interval Video mode that eliminates the need to manually power on the camera for periodic shots. You can programme the camera to turn on and shoot footage at set intervals, making it ideal for capturing time-lapse videos effortlessly. We understand your need for convenience and have designed the Go 3S with you in mind.

Convenient features and accessories

The Action Pod housing, carried over from the Go 3, doubles as both a charger and a remote control for the Go 3S. This means you can charge your camera on the go, without the need for additional cables or chargers. The 2.2-inch flip touchscreen allows for a shot preview whether the camera is mounted separately or inside the Action Pod. With a quick twist, you can switch between horizontal and vertical shooting, making it easier to capture content in your preferred orientation.

To ensure you never lose such a small device, Insta360 has integrated compatibility with Apple’s Find My app. This feature allows you to track down the camera if it goes missing. The waterproofing capability has also been upgraded, with the Go 3S able to withstand depths of up to 10 metres, an improvement from the previous 5 meters. This means you can take the camera with you on your underwater adventures without worrying about damaging it.

Insta360 is embracing AI technology with the Go 3S. The AI Gesture Control feature lets you use hand gestures to start and stop shooting, making it hands-free and convenient. This means you can focus on your adventure or vlog without having to worry about pressing buttons. For those who prefer not to spend time editing, the Auto Edit function in the Insta360 app uses AI to automatically combine clips into a single video, complete with a music track.

Availability and pricing

The Insta360 Go 3S is available for purchase globally through Insta360’s website, as well as on popular e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon. It is also available at selected authorised retailers. The Standard Bundle, which includes the camera and essential accessories, is priced at S$430 for the 64GB model and S$470 for the 128GB model. If you already own the Go 3 and are considering an upgrade, the Go 3S camera is available as a standalone purchase for S$260 for the 64GB version and S$290 for the 128GB version.
