Keeper Security integrates with Google Security Operations to strengthen privileged access protection

Keeper Security integrates with Google Security Operations to deliver real-time visibility into privileged access and strengthen cyber defences.

Keeper Security has announced a new integration with Google Security Operations aimed at helping organisations identify and respond to cyber threats faster by improving visibility into privileged account activity.

Enhancing threat detection and response

The integration streams real-time data on privileged access from Keeper’s platform directly into Google Security Operations. This allows security teams to monitor high-risk accounts centrally, detect suspicious behaviour more quickly and respond before attackers can exploit stolen credentials.

Craig Lurey, CTO and Co-founder of Keeper Security, said, “Privileged access should never be a blind spot. By integrating our capabilities into Google Security Operations, we’re giving enterprises unprecedented visibility and control over their most sensitive accounts, enabling faster detection and stronger defence against threats.”

As cyberattacks grow more sophisticated and AI-driven, timely access to accurate data is becoming crucial. Combining Keeper’s Advanced Reporting and Alerts Module with Google Security Operations aims to eliminate gaps in oversight and reduce the need for manual log reviews. This frees security teams to focus on higher-level priorities while maintaining strong defensive postures.

Supporting compliance and proactive security

The integration also supports regulatory compliance by providing detailed event logs and access control documentation. This can help companies meet requirements under frameworks such as the GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC and ISO standards. In addition, BreachWatch data from Keeper can be ingested into Google Security Operations to flag exposed credentials and block potential account takeover attempts before they escalate.

Keeper’s privileged access management platform, KeeperPAM, is built to protect passwords, passkeys, secrets and privileged sessions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. It uses AI-driven threat detection and automated risk response through its KeeperAI feature, which can terminate high-risk sessions and analyse user activity in real time. By enforcing least-privilege access policies and offering actionable intelligence, KeeperPAM reduces the attack surface and strengthens cyber resilience.

Boosting operational efficiency for enterprises

Beyond enhancing security, the integration is designed to improve operational efficiency. Automated reporting and alerts reduce the burden of reviewing logs manually, allowing IT and security staff to allocate resources to strategic initiatives. This streamlined approach can also support cost-saving measures by limiting the impact and scope of potential breaches.

The launch reflects a wider industry shift towards unified, AI-powered security ecosystems that integrate multiple data sources to improve response time and decision-making. For enterprises facing complex cyber risks, the Keeper and Google Security Operations collaboration offers an added layer of defence focused on privileged access, one of the most targeted areas in cyberattacks.
