Lenovo’s new Legion Pro 7i and OLED monitor arrive in Singapore with powerful specs and smart features

Lenovo launches its latest Legion Pro 7i laptop and OLED monitor in Singapore with top-tier specs and advanced cooling.

If you’re in Singapore and looking to upgrade your gaming setup or creative workstation, Lenovo has just made things more exciting. After first unveiling their 2025 Legion lineup at CES earlier this year, the brand has now officially launched these much-anticipated products in the local market. Among the highlights are the powerhouse Legion Pro 7i gaming laptop and the sleek Legion Pro 34WD-10 OLED monitor. Pricing has also been confirmed, so you can now find these devices both online and in select retail channels.

Lenovo Legion Pro 7i brings serious performance and cooling

At the heart of the new Legion lineup is the Lenovo Legion Pro 7i (16″, Gen 10), which was introduced as the flagship model during CES. This high-end laptop is designed to handle demanding gaming and creative tasks with ease. It features an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor, paired with NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics. Backed by 32GB of DDR5 RAM, the system ensures smooth multitasking and fast load times. Its 16-inch OLED display boasts a sharp 2560 x 1600 resolution and an ultra-smooth 240Hz refresh rate, making it ideal for high-speed gameplay and professional editing work.

To keep temperatures under control, Lenovo has implemented a specialised cooling solution called Coldfront: Vapor. This system, which debuted in last year’s Legion models, uses two fans to draw cool air into a sealed vapour chamber that spans the system’s vital components. Since the chamber is sealed from the bottom half of the laptop and there are no side vents, air flows directly over the hottest hardware before being expelled through the rear vents. Lenovo claims that this setup enables both the CPU and GPU to operate at higher power levels without overheating. The system supports a combined power draw of 250W, with an additional 15W boost, although the specific power allocation between components wasn’t disclosed.

The Legion Pro 7i also features a smart fan function that utilises AI to monitor sound levels from your speakers or headphones. This allows the system to automatically adjust the fan noise, ensuring your audio experience isn’t disturbed during intense sessions.

A cutting-edge OLED monitor with pro-level features

Also joining the Legion family is the Legion Pro 34WD-10, a 34-inch OLED gaming monitor with impressive specs. This curved display, with an 800R curvature, offers a resolution of 3440 x 1440 and supports a refresh rate of 240Hz. It’s also incredibly fast, with a response time of 0.03ms, making it suitable for both competitive gaming and content creation.

Colour reproduction is another strong suit. The monitor supports 98.5% DCI-P3 and 99% sRGB colour spaces, and it has a colour accuracy rating of Delta E < 2, ensuring highly accurate visuals. But Lenovo hasn’t stopped at display quality. The monitor features a USB-C port that delivers up to 140W of power, making it ideal for charging laptops and mobile devices. There’s also a USB hub on the back with three USB-A ports, two USB-C ports, and an RJ45 Ethernet port, supporting 2.5G passthrough for stable wired connections.

Additional features include Lenovo Truesplit, which lets you divide the screen into up to three virtual monitors, and a built-in KVM switch. This allows you to switch between two connected PCs or even view both at the same time using Picture-in-Picture mode—perfect for multitaskers and streamers.

More Legion laptops round out the launch

In addition to the Legion Pro 7i, Lenovo has released the Legion Pro 5i and the Legion Pro 5. The Pro 5i also features an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX and up to an RTX 5070 Ti GPU, though it starts at a slightly more accessible configuration. The Legion Pro 5 caters to AMD fans, offering options with the Ryzen 9 9955HX, although the Ryzen 9 8945HX is currently the only version available. It comes with either an RTX 5060 or RTX 5070 graphics card, giving users flexibility depending on their budget and performance needs.

Both the Legion Pro 5i and Pro 5 utilise Lenovo’s Coldfront: Hyper cooling system. While similar in function to Coldfront: Vapor, it channels cold air over copper heatpipes instead of through a vapour chamber.

These new Lenovo Legion products are now available in Singapore via Lenovo’s online store. Prices vary depending on the configuration and any promotions running at the time. For reference, the Legion Pro 7i is priced from S$3,469, while the Legion Pro 5i starts at S$2,799, with the base 14th Gen Intel Core i7 model currently retailing for S$2,072. The AMD-powered Legion Pro 5 starts at S$2,539, with the Ryzen 9 8945HX version presently listed at S$2,223. Meanwhile, the Legion Pro 34WD-10 OLED monitor retails for S$1,559.

With this updated lineup, Lenovo is aiming to meet the needs of both performance enthusiasts and creative professionals in Singapore.
