Xiaomi launches the REDMI Note 15 Series in Singapore, focusing on durability, long battery life, advanced cameras and AI features.
Xiaomi has unveiled the REDMI Note 15 Series in Singapore, introducing a four-model lineup that places durability and imaging at the centre of its mid-range smartphone strategy. The new range comprises the REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G, REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G, REDMI Note 15 5G and REDMI Note 15, and is positioned around what the company calls REDMI Titan Durability, a design approach aimed at improving resilience, battery longevity and everyday reliability.

Alongside the smartphones, Xiaomi also announced several ecosystem products, including the Mijia Smart Audio Glasses, Mijia Smart Air Purifier Max and the Xiaomi Ultra Thin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W, underscoring the brand’s continued push to expand its connected device portfolio in Singapore.
Durability and battery life designed for daily use
Across the entire REDMI Note 15 Series, Xiaomi has prioritised structural strength and battery endurance. The Pro models lead the lineup with the most advanced durability features, while the rest of the range is designed to handle common real-world wear such as drops, splashes and prolonged daily use.
Battery performance is a key highlight. The REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G features a 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery paired with 100W fast charging and 22.5W reverse charging. Xiaomi said the use of silicon-carbon battery technology allows higher energy density in a slimmer form factor, while working with its Surge battery management system to retain at least 80 percent capacity after 1,600 charge cycles, equivalent to around six years of typical use. The REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G uses a similar battery architecture, while the thinner REDMI Note 15 5G houses a 5,520mAh battery in a 7.35mm body. The standard REDMI Note 15 comes with a larger 6,000mAh battery.
On the structural side, the REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G and Pro 5G have received SGS Premium Performance Certification, validating resistance to drops, bending and crushing. Both models use a reinforced internal structure combined with toughened glass and are certified to withstand drops of up to 2.5 metres under controlled conditions. The Pro+ variant adds a reinforced fibreglass back panel to further improve impact absorption. Enhanced dust and water resistance is also a key differentiator, with the Pro models meeting multiple IP standards and certified for prolonged water immersion. Features such as Wet Touch 2.0 are included across the lineup to ensure touchscreen responsiveness even when wet.
Advanced cameras and AI-powered imaging
Imaging is another major focus of the REDMI Note 15 Series, with Xiaomi introducing new camera hardware and software across all models. The REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G and Pro 5G debut a 200-megapixel main camera using a large 1/1.4-inch image sensor. This setup supports optical-level in-sensor zoom and multiple focal lengths, allowing users to capture landscapes, portraits and close-up shots using a single lens system. Xiaomi said the combination of high-resolution hardware and AI processing is designed to deliver consistent image quality across different lighting conditions.
The REDMI Note 15 5G and REDMI Note 15 are equipped with a 108-megapixel main camera that supports a 3x optical-level telephoto experience, targeting users who want versatility without stepping up to the Pro models. Across the series, Xiaomi has integrated a range of AI-powered photography tools, including enhanced portrait processing, motion capture features and simplified editing workflows. Pro models benefit from the AI Creativity Assistant, while the base models include a suite of AI image editing tools aimed at everyday use.
Performance, display and availability in Singapore
In terms of performance, the REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 platform and introduces Xiaomi’s IceLoop cooling system to the REDMI Note range. The rest of the lineup uses a mix of Snapdragon and MediaTek chipsets designed to balance performance and energy efficiency. All models support Google Gemini and Circle to Search, bringing AI-assisted search and interaction features to the mid-range segment. Connectivity is also enhanced on the Pro models with Xiaomi’s offline communication technology, which enables voice transmission over long distances without network coverage in suitable conditions.
The series features large AMOLED displays across all variants, with screen sizes ranging from 6.77 inches to 6.83 inches and peak brightness of up to 3,200 nits. Xiaomi has also upgraded audio performance, with the Pro models offering a higher maximum volume output for media consumption.
The REDMI Note 15 Series will be available in Singapore through mi.com, official stores on Shopee and Lazada, Xiaomi Stores and selected partner retailers. Launch promotions run from 15 January to 14 February, with selected purchases bundled with complimentary accessories while stocks last. Pricing starts at S$239 for the REDMI Note 15 and goes up to S$599 for higher-end configurations of the Pro+ model, depending on storage and availability.
