BOOX has introduced three ePaper devices covering note-taking, portable productivity, and reading. The Note Air6 C is available now, while the Note Mini C and Palma 3 are scheduled to follow.
All three devices run Android 16 and incorporate a built-in front light, an octa-core processor, and proprietary BOOX Super Refresh technology. The refreshed range spans a 10.3-inch colour ePaper notebook alongside a more compact 8.52-inch colour model. Completing the line-up is a phone-sized monochrome reader built for pocketable use.
Note Air6 C adds faster hardware and dual-note support
The Note Air6 C succeeds the Note Air5 C while retaining its 10.3-inch HD colour ePaper display and tactile writing feel. To boost responsiveness, BOOX has upgraded the device with a 4nm octa-core processor and 6GB of RAM.
The company claims that this new processor and BOOX Super Refresh reduce page-turn time by 40% compared with the previous model. Wireless connectivity has also been upgraded to version 6.0. This updated standard allows audio to be synchronised with multiple users at the same time. Furthermore, connected accessories such as a wireless mouse and earbuds remain paired without interruption.
Within the native Notes app, users have access to integrated Outline, Tag, and Search tools. The software also introduces a Dual Note feature that can display two notes at once in either horizontal or vertical layouts. For hardware expansion, pogo pins on the rear connect the device directly to a compatible keyboard cover.

Note Mini C reduces the Note format to 8.52 inches
The Note Mini C takes the Note series into a smaller 8.52-inch form factor while retaining an HD colour ePaper display. BOOX is targeting uses such as viewing colour-coded charts and editing documents with this release. The resulting form factor is specifically designed to be easier to hold and carry.
It includes 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, with support for microSD cards up to 2TB. The hardware is also compatible with BOOX’s new magnetic InkSight stylus.
The Note Mini C is scheduled to launch soon. On BOOX’s US store, it is listed at US$579.99, with pricing through the EU store set at US$549.99, £549.99, and €579.99. Availability on Amazon will follow at a later stage.
Palma 3 updates BOOX’s phone-sized reader
The Palma 3 continues BOOX’s phone-sized ePaper format with a sharper monochrome display. BOOX claims that the new panel produces deeper blacks and higher contrast.
It runs Android 16 and supports applications while retaining the phone-sized ePaper format. BOOX is positioning the device around lower-distraction reading. To serve that purpose, the unit provides storage capacity for books and audiobooks.
The Palma 3 includes 128GB of internal storage alongside a microSD card slot for additional capacity. It also features wireless connectivity and support for the InkSense Plus stylus.
The device is due to launch soon at US$339.99 through BOOX’s US store. Pricing through its EU store is listed at US$319.99, £319.99, and €339.99 depending on the territory. Amazon availability is planned later.
