Deel launches SAP integration to streamline HR and payroll processes

Deel's new SAP integration simplifies HR and payroll management, offering businesses seamless data synchronisation for better decision-making.

Global HR company Deel has launched a new integration with SAP, designed to simplify HR and payroll management for businesses. This integration enables companies to securely synchronise their HR and payroll systems, ensuring a unified source of truth for all related data.

Streamlined HR and payroll management

The integration connects Deel with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, allowing businesses to seamlessly manage HR data and payroll information within a single platform. By integrating these systems, companies can make more informed business decisions based on consistent and accurate data.

To activate the integration, users simply need to register and authenticate the connection between Deel and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central through a unique API. Once connected, data is automatically transferred between the two platforms, enabling smooth payroll processing without the need to switch between different systems.

Enhanced efficiency and data management

With this integration, companies can instantly initiate employee onboarding, offboarding, and compensation adjustments directly from SAP. The system also synchronises core employee data, local payroll fields, and bank details, offering a comprehensive view of all relevant information. Additionally, users can manage time-off requests, synchronise payslip PDFs, activate one-time payments, and process expenses—all within the Deel platform.

Ryan Freeman, Head of Partnerships at Deel, highlighted the benefits of this collaboration: “IT stacks, and in turn, business decisions, can quickly become complicated when critical employee data is siloed. This separation can create administrative burden, wasted time, and drive inefficiencies, at a real cost to businesses. Deel is proud to partner with SAP to help alleviate these inefficiencies by streamlining employee and HR data in one place. HR leaders will have a more consolidated view of their business health to make better decisions, faster.”

Available now on SAP Store

The new integration is now available to businesses that use both SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Deel. Customers can access the integration through the SAP Store, which provides a connected and straightforward digital experience for discovering, testing, purchasing, and renewing more than 2,300 solutions from SAP and its partners. Notably, SAP commits to planting a tree for every purchase made through the SAP Store.
