Pearl Abyss announced today the successful conclusion of Black Desert’s global online community event CalpheON Ball, which included a range of exciting announcements such as a new region and a new class. Exclusive rewards were also given to Adventurers to celebrate the event.

CalpheON Ball for PC and Console was held on December 11 followed by CalpheON Ball for Mobile on December 12. Both were live streamed on the official YouTube and Twitch channels in 9 different languages. More than 550,000 global fans watched the event, reaching a record high in unique viewership as well as the second highest peak viewership in the Twitch game category.

The PC and Console event saw the announcement of the new “Mountain of Eternal Winter” content. A snow-capped mountain region, it offers Adventurers a new array of quests and monsters, as well as exciting features such as snowboarding and ice fishing. Adventurers of any level can enjoy this content. In addition to the new region, brand new items such as Artifacts, Labreska’s Helmet, Black Star Sub-weapons, and the Deboreka Belt were unveiled during the event.

Moreover, Class Reboot and Winter Season servers were also announced. On December 22, 17 classes will be reinvigorated with new skills, looks and a re-balancing between classes. The Winter Season server will provide Adventurers with various benefits to grow their character more quickly and efficiently.

During CalpheON Ball for Black Desert Mobile, Eclipse, a new class based on Nova, was introduced. Scheduled for release on December 14, Eclipse will offer a new set of unique skills and gameplay experience.

The limited-edition Dark Knight figurine will also be available for purchase at the Pearl Abyss merchandise store from December 17.
