Redmagic reveals luxury edition of Redmagic 10 Pro with real gold

Redmagic unveils the luxurious 10 Pro Golden Saga Edition, which features real gold, silver, and sapphire elements and is priced at US$2,199. It will ship on March 31, 2025.

Redmagic has unveiled a new, ultra-premium variant of its Redmagic 10 Pro gaming phone, featuring real gold and silver accents. The Redmagic 10 Pro Golden Saga Edition brings a luxurious design to the brand’s gaming-focused smartphone lineup, incorporating high-end materials such as carbon fibre and sapphire-enhanced durability.

This special edition follows previous releases in the Redmagic 10 Pro series, including the standard model launched late last year and the Lightspeed Edition, which debuted in January with a striking white rear panel. With the Golden Saga Edition, Redmagic aims for an elegant aesthetic while maintaining the powerful gaming performance the series is known for.

The Redmagic 10 Pro Golden Saga Edition sets itself apart with a bold black and gold design reminiscent of premium Vertu phones from years past. The device features a carbon fibre rear panel with real gold and silver elements. Redmagic claims these precious metals are not just for looks but also serve a functional purpose—enhancing the phone’s cooling efficiency. Additionally, sapphire is used to improve durability while aiding heat dissipation.

Under the hood, the Golden Saga Edition retains the high-end specifications of the original Redmagic 10 Pro series. It has a powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, a massive 7,050mAh battery, and a 6.85-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Gaming enthusiasts will also appreciate the inclusion of shoulder triggers and an advanced 11-layer thermal cooling system, which ensures smooth performance during extended gaming sessions.

This special edition offers top-tier memory and storage configurations, boasting an impressive 24GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage—making it one of the most powerful gaming smartphones.

Exclusive accessories and limited availability

Redmagic is making the Golden Saga Edition even more exclusive by packaging it with a limited-edition Saga Gift Box. This premium bundle includes several customised accessories designed to match the phone’s luxurious aesthetic:

  • A special edition of the Cooler 5 Pro, designed to complement the Golden Saga theme
  • A Saga-themed phone case
  • A matching 80W charger and cable
  • A gold-plated SIM ejector tool
  • A VIP card, complete with a unique number indicating the box’s position in the limited series

Redmagic has positioned the Golden Saga Edition as a rare collector’s item, selling it on a first-come, first-served basis. The company has not disclosed the total number of units produced, adding to its exclusivity.

Pre-orders for the Redmagic 10 Pro Golden Saga Edition, priced at S$2,199, are now open on Redmagic’s online store. The phone will begin shipping on March 31, 2025.
