StarHub has opened its first compact, high-velocity concept store at Suntec City, introducing a retail format designed for customers who need fast and practical support. The store focuses on short visits and efficient service, while retaining access to human-led assistance when required.

Located at Basement 1 of Suntec City, near office towers and high-traffic dining areas, the store targets working professionals and visitors moving through the city. It is intended for use during lunch breaks, between meetings, or brief weekend visits, allowing customers to resolve specific needs without extended waiting.

Unlike traditional full-sized outlets, the Suntec City store prioritises speed and simplicity. Customers can walk in, receive assistance, and leave within a limited time window. The format reflects how customer behaviour has shifted in central business and lifestyle locations, where convenience and time efficiency are key.

Focused service in a compact format

Despite its smaller footprint, the store provides core service functions. Customers can receive brief consultations with tailored plan recommendations, as well as support for setting up multi-line and bundled services. These services are designed to be completed quickly, without unnecessary steps.

The store also offers e-appointments to reduce waiting time. For customers with more complex requirements, staff provide personalised, human-led support, ensuring that efficiency does not replace service quality. The Suntec City outlet features a compact layout designed for quick navigation. The interior uses StarHub’s green colour palette, curved forms, fabric finishes, greenery, and metallic accents. Full-height glass panels facing the Fountain of Wealth provide visibility and natural light.

The store is open daily from 11.00am to 9.00pm. It complements StarHub’s existing retail network by adding a small-format option in a high-traffic business district, supporting customers who prioritise speed and convenience.
