ViewSonic introduces the M10 portable projector with advanced laser technology

[output_post_excerpt]

ViewSonic has introduced its award-winning M10 portable RGB laser projector to Singapore. This innovative device, which recently won an iF Design Award, boasts a unique laser technology that promises to enhance your viewing experience.

Innovative laser technology

Unlike traditional projectors that use a single blue laser with a rotating colour wheel or three separate red, green, and blue lasers, the M10 combines red, green, and blue laser diodes to generate images. This approach delivers superior image quality and a broader colour gamut that meets the BT.2020 colour standard used for ultra-high-definition (4K and 8K) displays. This means you can enjoy a broader range of colours, making your viewing experience more vibrant and lifelike.

The M10 projector supports Full HD 1080P resolution with a brightness of 2,200 lumens and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. This ensures your images are clear and bright, even in well-lit environments. Additionally, the projector features Frame Interpolation technology, which reduces motion blur, making it ideal for watching fast-paced action scenes or sports.

Advanced features and connectivity

One of the standout features of the ViewSonic M10 is its instant autofocus, powered by Time of Flight (ToF) technology. This lets the projector focus quickly and accurately, ensuring your images are always sharp. The projector also includes auto horizontal and vertical keystone correction, which helps to keep your pictures perfectly aligned, even if the projector is not placed directly in front of the screen.

The M10 has a built-in 7W Harman Kardon speaker, which provides high-quality audio to complement its impressive visuals. It can project an image up to 100 inches from a distance of just 2.66 metres, making it suitable for various room sizes and setups.

Although the M10 does not have built-in video streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, or Amazon Prime, it supports wireless screen mirroring via Wi-Fi from your mobile devices. You can stream your favourite movies and shows directly from your smartphone or tablet. The projector also offers USB-C connectivity, connecting you directly to your devices, and HDMI 2.0 for connecting to laptops or video streaming boxes. Bluetooth 4.2 is also included as an additional connectivity option.

Pricing and availability

The ViewSonic M10 portable projector retails for S$1,599. However, it is available at a discounted price of S$1,499 at ViewSonic Singapore’s online store. This makes it an attractive option for those looking to enhance their home entertainment setup with a high-quality portable projector.

With cutting-edge laser technology, advanced features, and excellent connectivity options, the ViewSonic M10 is a great choice for anyone seeking a versatile, high-performance projector.
