vivo Singapore has opened its first Experience & Service Store at 313@somerset, bringing retail and after-sales support into a single location. The move reflects the company’s effort to strengthen its local presence while providing customers with a dedicated space for product exploration and device support.

Located at B2 of 313@somerset, the store combines smartphone retail, product demonstrations and technical service in one integrated environment. Customers can explore vivo devices while accessing diagnostics and technical consultations from on-site service staff.
Retail and service combined in a single location
The new outlet represents vivo Singapore’s first integrated retail space in the market. Customers visiting the store can explore the company’s smartphone portfolio, watch live demonstrations and receive product guidance from trained specialists.

The company positioned the store as part of its broader effort to strengthen its local footprint following its 30th anniversary celebrations last September. The opening reflects a strategy focused on closer engagement with customers while expanding service capabilities in the Singapore market.
Store showcases latest smartphone portfolio
The retail space allows visitors to experience vivo’s recent smartphone releases in person. Devices available for hands-on demonstrations include the X200 FE, X Fold5, V60 and V60 Lite, along with the X300 Series.
Customers can explore product features and learn more about developments in areas such as smartphone imaging, foldable devices and design. Staff members are also available to provide personalised recommendations based on customer needs.
Alongside the retail area, the store houses a dedicated after-sales support section. Service staff can provide device diagnostics, technical consultations and product support services for vivo devices.
Opening promotions and customer activities
To mark the launch, vivo will run a series of limited-time promotions and in-store activities from 7 to 8 March. These promotions include complimentary screen protector installation for vivo smartphone users during the promotional period while stocks last.
The store will also host a flash sale on selected devices and accessories. Promotional prices include Y19S at S$99, V50 Lite at S$299 and vivo Buds Air 3 at S$9.90.
Additional discounts will be offered on devices such as the V60, X Fold5 and X300 during the opening period. Customers purchasing any smartphone during the event will receive a 30th Anniversary Canvas Tote and one lucky draw entry.
The lucky draw includes the X300 as the grand prize, along with other items such as the V.FRIENDS Doll, vivo Cloud Bag, vivo Buds Air 3 and vivo Watch GT. The store is located at 313 Orchard Road, #B2-44, Singapore 238895, with retail hours from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and after-sales service hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
