StarHub and PAssion Card mark milestone anniversaries with new partnership

StarHub and PAssion Card launch exclusive anniversary deals with affordable mobile, broadband and entertainment offers for members.

StarHub and PAssion Card have announced an exclusive partnership to mark major anniversaries, with StarHub celebrating 25 years and PAssion Card marking its 20th year. The collaboration introduces special offers designed to make mobile, broadband and entertainment services more affordable and accessible for PAssion members.

StarHub has built a strong reputation as a reliable provider of mobile, broadband and entertainment services in Singapore over the past 25 years. By teaming up with PAssion Card, the company aims to extend its reach to families and seniors, helping them stay connected at lower costs. Both organisations share the view that technology should be dependable and rewarding, especially for those looking to remain connected to loved ones or enjoy entertainment at home.

Special plans and discounts for seniors

A key highlight of the partnership is a new senior mobile plan available to PAssion Silver Cardholders for just S$6 per month. The plan includes 50GB of local data, 350 minutes of talk time and free caller number display. It also comes with six months of complimentary ScamSafe, StarHub’s scam call protection service, valued at S$29.94.

Seniors can also subscribe to Asian+ or Entertainment+ TV packs at half price for 12 months, offering a wide range of shows from popular Asian dramas to international favourites. To support older users upgrading to newer devices, the partnership offers special handset discounts, including models such as the Honor 400 Lite, Samsung Galaxy A16, Oppo A5 Pro and iPhone 16e 128GB.

Savings for families and other members

Beyond senior-focused offers, families and younger members can benefit from discounted mobile and broadband services. SIM-only mobile plans with up to 225GB of data are available at reduced prices, with free caller ID and generous talk time included. Those opting for two-year device plans can enjoy up to S$360 off selected handsets and other perks, such as additional local minutes and free data roaming on certain packages.

For home connectivity, broadband plans start from S$29.55 per month with speeds up to 10Gbps. Subscribers can also receive free WiFi 7 routers, waived installation fees and complimentary WiFi consultations from StarHub’s Hub Troopers. Up to S$200 in shopping vouchers are included with selected broadband packages, adding more value to the offers.

This initiative reflects both companies’ commitment to helping Singapore’s communities stay connected and digitally included. The offers aim to make everyday life easier, from seniors keeping in touch with family to households streaming and working online with reliable, high-speed broadband.
