Zeekr 7X and Zeekr Mix receive prestigious iF Design Awards 2025

[output_post_excerpt]

Zeekr’s latest electric vehicles, the Zeekr 7X and Zeekr Mix, have each earned recognition at the 2025 iF Design Awards. Their innovative designs, developed at Zeekr’s global studio in Gothenburg, stood out among thousands of global entries, impressing a jury of 131 independent design experts from 23 countries. Sustainability played a key role in the judging process, reflecting the growing importance of eco-conscious design in the industry.

Stefan Sielaff, Head of Zeekr Design, shared the team’s excitement, saying, “Winning not one, but two iF Design Awards is an incredible achievement, and something we’re incredibly proud of. It shows that our team’s hard work and dedication convinced the international iF Jury of the ZEEKR MIX and ZEEKR 7X’s outstanding designs. We’re honored to be recognised in this way, and the focus on sustainability as a key criterion in the judging process underlines our commitment to accelerating the transition to e-mobility.”

Innovation at the heart of Zeekr’s new models

Zeekr 7X and Zeekr Mix receive prestigious iF Design Awards 2025 - 1

The Zeekr Mix introduces a new vision of vehicle design with its capsule-like shape. It features industry-first double-sliding doors and hidden B-pillars, offering a wide, uninterrupted entrance into the car. Inside, the Mix presents a reconfigurable, intelligent living space, aimed at providing a flexible and connected experience for its occupants. Designed to function as a living room on wheels, it combines style and practicality to meet the evolving needs of modern drivers.

Meanwhile, the Zeekr 7X brings a different yet equally impressive approach. As a midsize SUV set to enter the European market, the 7X boasts a sleek, sculpted design that prioritises both aesthetic appeal and aerodynamic performance. With a drag coefficient of just 0.247, it achieves remarkable efficiency. This streamlined design supports a range of up to 615km (WLTP), making it a strong option for those seeking a long-distance electric vehicle without compromise.

Ultra-fast charging enhances practicality

In addition to its striking design and extended range, the Zeekr 7X also offers ultra-fast charging capabilities. When connected to a 360kW DC charge point, it can recharge from 10% to 80% in just 13 minutes. This rapid charging ability makes the 7X a practical choice for both daily commuting and longer journeys, addressing one of the key concerns often associated with electric vehicle ownership.

The recognition at the iF Design Awards 2025 marks another important milestone for Zeekr as it continues to push the boundaries of electric mobility and sustainable design. Both the Zeekr 7X and Zeekr Mix highlight the brand’s commitment to innovation, user-centric features, and environmentally responsible solutions.
