Ambitionz introduces Cipher, an AI platform built to think like a game developer

Ambitionz launches Cipher, an AI designed to think like a game developer, with early access for Roblox creators worldwide.

Ambitionz, a Singapore-based AI gaming company, has unveiled Cipher, an AI platform designed to think like a game developer. Positioned as the intelligence layer for the creator economy, Cipher enables both independent and professional developers to produce game-ready assets quickly and efficiently through generative AI. To mark the launch, the company has announced an early access programme, Cipher for Roblox, aimed at empowering Roblox creators.

Cipher is built on the premise that domain-specific AI will shape the future of gaming. While general-purpose large language models are versatile, they lack the technical understanding required to create game assets optimised for different platforms. Cipher addresses this gap by “thinking like a game developer”, allowing creators without technical expertise to describe what they need and generate assets in minutes.

Expanding opportunities for Roblox creators

Cipher for Roblox will support the platform’s global community of more than 79 million daily users, including players, creators, and developers. Over the next two months, more than 3,000 creators will be invited to join the early access phase through a Discord quest system. Ambitionz aims to create a more direct path for creator monetisation within the US$180 billion gaming content market.

“Cipher for Roblox is a significant milestone, and we are excited to be at the forefront of a true disruption in how games are made. The Roblox community is incredibly vocal and experimental, and we could not have chosen a better place to unveil Cipher. We are fundamentally moving game creation away from tedious processes toward pure creative expression and execution,” said Pavel Bains, CEO of Ambitionz.

“As the only gaming-native AI platform, we speak the language of game developers because we are game developers ourselves. That’s why Cipher was designed to give creators the freedom to focus on what matters most – building great gameplay and telling great stories,” Bains added.

Features and future plans

Cipher’s core capabilities combine gaming-native AI with real-time optimisation for platform constraints, polygon counts, and animation workflows. Its system also integrates best-of-breed routing, which ranks AI services dynamically, and compound learning that predicts emerging trends in the gaming industry.

Currently in private beta, Cipher has achieved a 90 percent success rate in generating technically optimised, game-ready assets within minutes. The platform offers an integrated suite of tools covering 3D character generation, direct export to Unity, Roblox, and Fortnite, image and video generation, auto-rigging and animation, as well as music, sound, and special effects creation.

Cipher is scheduled for an official launch in 2026. The early access programme for Roblox creators is now open, allowing interested participants to sign up and begin experimenting with the platform’s capabilities.

Founded in 2025 by industry veterans from Disney, EA, Xbox, and Unity, Ambitionz aims to serve the global gaming content creation market, estimated at US$54 billion. The company’s team spans multiple regions, with headquarters in Singapore.
