Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge pre-orders open in Singapore today following global launch

Pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge start today in Singapore. Delivery will begin on May 27, and early buyers will receive exclusive deals.

If you’ve been waiting to get your hands on the newly announced Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, the good news is that pre-orders are now open in Singapore. Following its official launch on May 8, Samsung has confirmed that customers who pre-order the device can expect to collect or receive their phones from May 27 onwards.

Ultra-slim design redefines smartphone expectations

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge turns heads with its incredibly slim and light design. It features a sleek titanium body that measures just 5.8mm thick and weighs only 163g, making it one of the slimmest premium smartphones ever released. Samsung says this is more than just a design upgrade — a complete rethink of what a smartphone should be.

Ronnie Ng, Head of Mobile eXperience at Samsung Electronics Singapore, described the Galaxy S25 Edge as a bold new step in smartphone innovation. According to him, the phone merges high-end engineering with professional camera technology and intelligent mobile AI — all wrapped in a strikingly thin design that still delivers performance and durability.

This focus on ultra-slim design feels refreshing in a market that’s seen most recent innovations focused on folding and flipping screens. While Huawei has introduced a tri-fold device and Apple is expected to launch a slimmer iPhone 17, the Galaxy S25 Edge stays true to the traditional smartphone form while pushing the limits of design and technology.

A premium phone with next-level performance

The Galaxy S25 Edge isn’t just about looks — it packs a powerful punch. It runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform and has 12GB of RAM. Storage options include either 256GB or 512GB. The display is a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X with QHD+ resolution and a refresh rate between 1Hz and 120Hz. It’s also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, which adds durability to its elegant build.

Battery life is another strong point. The 3,900mAh battery is designed to last throughout the day. Samsung claims you’ll get hours of entertainment, productivity, and more on a single charge. With a 25W adapter sold separately, you can get up to 55% battery in 30 minutes. The phone also supports fast wireless charging.

When it comes to cameras, the Galaxy S25 Edge delivers professional-grade performance. On the back, there’s a 200MP main camera with an f/1.7 aperture and optical image stabilisation. It also offers what Samsung calls “2x optical quality zoom.” The second rear camera is a 12MP ultra-wide lens with an f/2.2 aperture and autofocus for capturing close-up shots. You’ll find a 12MP selfie camera on the front with the same f/2.2 aperture.

The phone comes with Android 15 and Samsung’s latest One UI 7. It includes Galaxy AI and Google’s Gemini for a smarter user experience. With features like Now Brief and Now Bar, the phone will update you on your commute, plans, appointments, and more. Samsung has also improved image quality with ProScaler, which offers a 40% boost in display image scaling using their mobile Digital Natural Image engine.

Some very clever AI tools are also included. Audio Eraser helps you remove unwanted sounds from audio recordings. Auto Trim lets you create highlight reels from your videos. Generative Edit allows you to move, erase, or resize parts of your photos as needed.

Availability, pricing, and promotions

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is available in Titanium Silver, Titanium Jetblack, and Titanium Icyblue. You can pre-order it today from the Samsung Online Store, Samsung Shop App, Samsung Experience Stores, and official Samsung stores on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.

Customers who pre-order now will receive a complimentary storage upgrade worth S$180, which means you can get the 512GB model for the price of the 256GB one. Samsung is also offering 30% off two years of Samsung Care+, and discounts of up to 30% on selected Galaxy products such as watches and earbuds. You’ll get 10% off your first purchase if you download the Samsung Shop App. Additional savings include S$50 off when paying with eligible Citi Cards and S$60 off through PayLater by Grab.

Samsung will also launch a bundle promotion for the Galaxy S25 Edge on May 13. When you buy the new phone, you can enjoy 30% off the Galaxy Watch Ultra, Watch 7, Buds3 Pro, and Buds3, and 20% off the Galaxy Ring. This offer will run until June 6, while stocks last.

If you prefer a subscription model, you can opt for a monthly payment plan starting from S$82 through Cinch. This includes damage protection and the option to upgrade after the subscription period. Samsung also offers 0% interest instalment plans for up to 36 months when you pay with a UOB or OCBC credit card on the Samsung Online Store or Shop App.
