Bitdefender updates global partner programme with new tier and improved benefits

Bitdefender has enhanced its Partner Advantage Network with a new Platinum tier, expanded NFR access, and streamlined deal registration for partners.

Bitdefender has announced significant updates to its Partner Advantage Network, enhancing its reseller and managed service provider (MSP) programmes with a new Platinum tier, simplified deal registration, and expanded product access.

New tier and added support for top partners

Bitdefender revealed key improvements to its global channel partner programme, aiming to strengthen its support for resellers and MSPs while creating more opportunities for growth and profitability. The revised Partner Advantage Network introduces a new Platinum level for high-performing partners, offers broader access to its cybersecurity portfolio through an enhanced Not-for-Resale (NFR) programme, and streamlines the deal registration process to reduce complexity.

David Andrade, president of StoredTech, highlighted the value of Bitdefender’s offerings. “Bitdefender offers a broad range of advanced cybersecurity solutions for the most critical and in-demand areas, including endpoint protection, cloud security, managed detection and response (MDR), and attack surface reduction,” he said. “What sets Bitdefender apart is not only their leading-edge technology and innovations, but also the high level of support that strengthens our ability to build and foster long-term client relationships.”

The Platinum tier, now the highest level in Bitdefender’s multi-tiered channel structure, provides dedicated support, priority access to benefits, and joint go-to-market opportunities. This recognises top-performing partners and positions them as leading security advisors within their regions.

Better access to tools and smoother processes

Bitdefender has also expanded its NFR programme, giving MSPs access to MDR and all partners access to the company’s complete portfolio of security products. These include extended detection and response (XDR), cloud-native security, and the recently launched GravityZone Proactive Hardening and Attack Surface Reduction (PHASR)—the industry’s first endpoint solution to dynamically tailor hardening for each user.

With these updates, partners can use the solutions internally or for in-depth customer demonstrations. NFR device allocation will now be based on partner tier, ensuring a fair and balanced distribution across both the Reselling and MSP tracks.

In another key change, Bitdefender has overhauled its deal registration process for resellers. The new system eliminates the need to input detailed product configurations upfront and no longer requires re-approval if deal elements change. These updates are designed to shorten sales cycles and ease the administrative burden on partners.

Continued focus on partner growth

The Bitdefender Partner Advantage Network continues to support both product and service specialisation, allowing partners to focus on their areas of strength. The programme offers a centralised partner portal with lead generation tools, sales and training resources, and deal visibility. Competitive margins and joint marketing opportunities are also part of the overall package to help partners scale more effectively.

Andrei Florescu, president and general manager of Bitdefender Business Solutions Group, emphasised the company’s ongoing investment in its partner ecosystem. “Bitdefender continues to invest in building long-term value for reseller and MSP partners by delivering an easier, more profitable path to growth,” he said. “Our programme enhancements reflect the voice of our partner community and reaffirm our commitment to recognising excellence, simplifying engagement, and accelerating success across the global channel.”
