Temus supports Singapore businesses in adopting AI with AWS AI Springboard programme

Temus helps Singapore enterprises adopt practical AI solutions through AWS AI Springboard, with support for 300 businesses.

Temus, a Singapore-based digital transformation consultancy, has announced its role as a consulting partner for the newly launched AWS AI Springboard initiative. This collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) aims to help local enterprises transition from AI exploration to practical, scalable adoption.

The AWS AI Springboard programme offers up to S$600,000 in support for each participating business, including cloud credits and training resources. Through this initiative, Temus will provide advisory and implementation support to 300 eligible companies, helping them build tailored AI solutions that integrate with their existing business processes.

Helping businesses move from pilot to production

Temus’ role is to guide enterprises beyond experimentation and into meaningful implementation. The firm will work with each business to understand its unique challenges and opportunities, helping them embed AI in ways that improve operational resilience, customer experience, and workforce productivity.

“We believe that the true promise of AI lies in how it empowers people,” said Lai Yee Ng, Chief Executive Officer at Temus. “Our partnerships with AWS and DISG are foundational to scaling this vision. AWS provides the platform to move with speed and confidence, and DISG helps strengthen connections across Singapore’s digital ecosystem. Together, we are not just building technology. We are enabling organisations to move beyond pilots and into production with AI solutions that learn, adapt and deliver real societal and economic value. Ultimately, it is about putting people at the centre and helping them achieve more with the tools and insights AI can bring.”

Temus Director of Consulting and Design, Megha Saxena, added, “With our proven track record in AI transformation, we understand that successful AI adoption is a long-term journey that requires a deeply human-centric approach. We work closely with organisations to ensure AI solutions enhance human capabilities, supporting teams through every stage of transformation whilst building internal capacity for sustained success. Our focus is on empowering people and creating lasting organisational change that drives competitive advantage.”

Sector-specific use cases across logistics, FMCG and more

Temus’ support will focus on sectors where AI adoption is already showing tangible business value. In logistics and transport, for example, firms are deploying AI-powered control towers to gain better visibility and improve real-time decision-making across operations. In fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), companies in food manufacturing and retail are using AI to unify siloed data systems and preserve institutional knowledge.

In real estate and hospitality, AI-enabled knowledge systems are modernising document retrieval and streamlining case management. Within education, generative AI agents are being used to track conversations and answer frequently asked questions. Schools and institutions are also leveraging AI to record policy decisions and staff insights throughout the academic calendar.

Temus offers support throughout the entire AI journey, whether a company is conducting its first opportunity assessment, running a pilot project, or fine-tuning its AI infrastructure for ongoing operations.
