ASUS announces laptop trade-in programme

Participate in ASUS's Laptop Trade-In Programme to get up to S$300 in e-store credit for your old laptops, valid until December 31, and promote eco-friendly tech updates.

ASUS, a global technology leader, has proudly launched its unique Laptop Trade-In Programme, active from December 9 to December 31, 2023. This innovative programme encourages customers to update their laptops in an eco-conscious way, offering up to S$300 in ASUS e-store vouchers as a reward for their trade-ins.

Upgrade your ASUS and embrace sustainability

For a limited period, ASUS invites you to exchange your old ASUS laptops by bringing them to the ASUS Exclusive Store for an evaluation. Successful assessments will result in online store credits of up to S$300, which can be used to purchase a brand-new ASUS laptop at the ASUS Online Store or the ASUS Exclusive Store in Bugis.

The CPU and GPU specifications of your laptop will determine the value of your trade-in:

  • Intel i3 / AMD Ryzen 3: S$100
  • Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5: S$150 (with an additional S$100 for discrete graphics)
  • Intel i7 / AMD Ryzen 7: S$200

Pledge to a greener future

Megan Wang, Business Development Manager at ASUS Singapore, emphasises the company’s commitment to the environment: “At ASUS, we are committed to fostering sustainable practices while ensuring our customers have access to the latest technology. This trade-in programme not only allows users to upgrade their devices but also promotes environmental responsibility by recycling old electronics.”

By participating in the ASUS Laptop Trade-In Programme, customers are actively reducing electronic waste, supporting ASUS’s broader commitment to environmental care and continued innovation in the technology industry.

Looking forward to a lasting change

This trade-in initiative from ASUS is envisioned as more than just a seasonal campaign. It signals a move towards establishing a long-term, ecologically responsible approach to technology upgrades. Through this programme, ASUS is simplifying the process for customers to stay current with the latest tech in an environmentally sound manner.
