Vivo has opened its first official experience and service store in Singapore, marking a significant step in the company’s efforts to strengthen its presence in the local market. The new retail space is located at 313@Somerset, a popular shopping mall along Orchard Road, placing the brand in one of the city’s busiest retail districts.
For years, Vivo smartphones in Singapore have largely been sold through smaller mobile phone retailers and online platforms. The opening of a dedicated store signals the brand’s intention to build closer relationships with customers while offering a more direct way to showcase its products.
The store combines retail and after-sales support under one roof, allowing customers to explore devices, purchase products, and receive technical assistance. According to Vivo, it is the first integrated retail space the company has launched in Singapore that merges product experience with servicing support under one roof.
Retail and service support in one location
The new outlet is designed as a hands-on experience centre where visitors can test Vivo smartphones before deciding to buy. Customers can explore the company’s latest devices, interact with demonstration units, and receive guidance from staff members trained in the brand’s products.
In addition to retail services, the store also functions as a service centre for existing Vivo users. Technical staff are available on-site to perform device diagnostics and provide consultations on common issues. Customers can seek help with troubleshooting, repairs, and general advice related to their Vivo devices.
Vivo said the integrated space aims to create a convenient destination for both potential buyers and current users. The company believes the format will help it better engage with customers and provide more direct support.
Freddy Zeng, vice president of Vivo Singapore, said the store is intended to strengthen the company’s connection with the local community.
“Beyond showcasing our latest products, this allows us to reach and connect more closely with our customers. We look forward to welcoming everyone and offering a trusted space to discover and service Vivo devices.”
The store operates daily and offers after-sales services until 8 pm, while the retail area remains open until 9 pm. Customers visiting later in the evening will still be able to explore products and make purchases, even though technical support concludes an hour earlier.
Launch promotions to attract visitors
To mark the opening of the new store, Vivo is hosting special promotions for a limited period. The launch celebrations will take place on 7 and 8 March 2026, with several in-store offers to encourage visitors to experience the new retail space.
During the opening event, Vivo smartphone users can receive a free screen protector installation at the store while supplies last. The promotion is open to owners of Vivo devices regardless of when or where they purchased their phone.
Customers who buy any Vivo smartphone during the launch celebrations will also receive a complimentary 30th Anniversary Canvas Tote. Each purchase will additionally include one entry into a lucky draw featuring several prizes.
The grand prize in the draw is a Vivo X300 smartphone. Other prizes include branded merchandise and accessories such as the V.FRIENDS Doll, the 30th Anniversary Canvas Tote, the Vivo Cloud Bag, Vivo Buds Air 3, and the Vivo Watch GT.
The promotions are intended to attract both existing users and new customers to the brand’s first official store in the country.
