Xiaomi opens new store at City Square Mall and launches Shopee presence in Singapore

Xiaomi opens its ninth store in Singapore at City Square Mall and launches its official Shopee store with promotional offers across both platforms.

Xiaomi has expanded its retail presence in Singapore with the opening of its ninth physical outlet, located at City Square Mall. Scheduled to officially open on 5 and 6 July, the new store aims to enhance accessibility for customers looking to upgrade their smart home and mobile lifestyles.

The launch coincides with the opening of Xiaomi Singapore’s local official store on Shopee, offering online shoppers more convenience and a wider selection of products. Both the physical and online store openings are accompanied by a range of promotional offers, timed with the Xiaomi POP Run 2025 and Shopee’s 7.7 Mega Sale.

New City Square Mall store to host weekend promotions

Located at 180 Kitchener Road, the new Xiaomi Store at City Square Mall features a clean and modern layout, with dedicated sections showcasing smartphones, tablets, smart home, and smart living devices. Over the weekend of 5 and 6 July, customers visiting the store can enjoy discounts of up to 50% on selected items.

Promotional highlights include 50% off the Xiaomi MIX Flip for the first 10 customers, 24% off the Redmi Pad SE for the first 20 buyers, and 10% off the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E10 for the first 20 purchases. These in-store offers are limited and subject to terms and conditions.

Participants of Xiaomi POP Run 2025 can also collect their race kits at the new store from 6:00 PM on 5 July. Those who buy the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 in-store and show their participation email will receive an exclusive gift. For those unable to collect their kits during the collection period from 5 to 11 July, collection will also be available on race day at the event site.

Online store offers Shopee-exclusive deals

In parallel with the physical store launch, Xiaomi has introduced its official store on Shopee, giving customers in Singapore easier access to its full range of products. A similar set of promotions will be available online on 7 and 8 July, including deals on the Xiaomi MIX Flip, Redmi Pad SE and Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E10.

Further Shopee-exclusive offers will cover a selection of smartphones and tablets, including the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G (12GB+256GB) reduced from S$549 to S$399, POCO X7 Pro (8GB+256GB) from S$469 to S$379, POCO F7 Pro (12GB+256GB) from S$739 to S$609, and POCO C75 (6GB+128GB) from S$169 to S$119. The Redmi Pad SE (8GB+256GB) will also be discounted from S$269 to S$189.

These offers form part of Xiaomi’s wider effort to improve fulfilment and logistics in Singapore, enabling quicker product delivery for online shoppers.

Continuing Xiaomi’s global growth strategy

The new store and expanded online presence reinforce Xiaomi’s ongoing growth strategy in Singapore and beyond. As one of the world’s leading smartphone manufacturers, Xiaomi continues to strengthen its ecosystem of AIoT (Artificial Intelligence + Internet of Things) devices.

As of March 2025, the company had approximately 718.8 million monthly active users across smartphones and tablets, and about 943.7 million connected smart devices on its platform, excluding smartphones, laptops and tablets. Xiaomi’s “Human × Car × Home” strategy, introduced in October 2023, reflects its commitment to creating integrated and human-centric experiences across personal devices, smart homes and electric vehicles.

Xiaomi’s products are now available in more than 100 countries and regions. The company was included in the Fortune Global 500 list for the sixth consecutive year in August 2024 and is listed on several major Hong Kong stock indices including the Hang Seng Index and Hang Seng TECH Index.

The Xiaomi Store at City Square Mall is open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
