Circles.Life offers free access to GPT-4.1 through mobile plans in Singapore

Circles.Life launches CirclesAI with free GPT-4.1 access, becoming Singapore’s first telco to integrate AI tools into mobile plans.

Circles.Life has become the first telco in Singapore to integrate AI-powered tools directly into its mobile plans, giving subscribers early access to OpenAI’s latest models, including GPT-4.1. The launch of CirclesAI marks a significant step in redefining digital connectivity by offering premium AI features to users at no extra cost.

Early access to GPT-4.1 and AI tools

Starting 14 May, all Circles.Life subscribers on mobile plans—excluding data-only options—can use CirclesAI, an AI feature built into the Circles.Life app. This includes access to GPT-4.1 and GPT-4o, models not yet available via the ChatGPT app or desktop version. The service provides unlimited access with no token limits, letting users carry out a range of tasks such as summarising documents and analysing budgets with ease.

In addition to CirclesAI, Circles.Life has introduced Carly, a generative AI-powered customer support agent developed in partnership with Zendesk and OpenAI. Carly is embedded in the app and designed to provide fast, intuitive assistance, simplifying the support experience.

Hashim Muntazar, Country Head of Circles.Life, commented on the move: “As Singapore pushes forward as an AI leader, telcos must evolve to deliver smarter digital services. CirclesAI gives our users early access to GPT-4.1 capabilities, and by offering this free through our mobile plans, we’re putting powerful tools directly in our users’ hands, whether they’re working smarter, creating content, managing their day, or just having fun with AI. And with Carly, our AI-powered support, help is instant and effortless.”

Supporting national AI ambitions

Circles.Life’s rollout supports Singapore’s broader Smart Nation and AI adoption strategies. By embedding generative AI into everyday mobile use, the telco enables consumers to integrate digital tools into work, learning and creative tasks without added fees. The initiative also aligns with the Economic Development Board’s push to accelerate AI adoption across sectors.

The service is available to both new and existing subscribers, further encouraging widespread AI use. According to Circles.Life, this approach is intended to remove barriers to entry and democratise access to advanced AI tools typically hidden behind subscription walls.

Future plans and lifestyle perks

Looking ahead, Circles.Life plans to introduce more AI-driven features. These may include personalised digital perks, enhanced virtual assistance, and connectivity solutions tailored to individual user behaviour and preferences.

In addition to its AI services, Circles.Life continues to offer lifestyle rewards as part of its mobile packages. These perks include up to S$200 in discounts from partners such as TADA, Shopee, and Golden Village, adding value beyond core connectivity.
