Garmin introduces Venu 4 smartwatch in Singapore with new health and fitness features

Garmin launches Venu 4 in Singapore with advanced health, fitness, and accessibility features, priced at S$729 from 6 October 2025.

Garmin has launched the Venu 4 smartwatch in Singapore, expanding its Venu series with advanced health, fitness, and accessibility features. The new device aims to help users monitor their overall well-being by tracking health trends, logging lifestyle choices, and offering guided fitness plans, all supported by long battery life and a premium design.

Health and lifestyle tracking

The Venu 4 enables users to monitor a wide range of health metrics, including heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), respiration, skin temperature, and blood oxygen levels. It also alerts users when these indicators deviate from usual patterns, which may point to added stress or potential illness.

Lifestyle logging allows individuals to record daily habits such as caffeine or alcohol consumption and see how these affect sleep, stress, and recovery in the Garmin Connect app. Enhanced sleep monitoring offers personalised insights through sleep alignment, which analyses circadian rhythm patterns, and sleep consistency, which tracks average bedtimes across a week.

Fitness and accessibility improvements

The smartwatch introduces Garmin Fitness Coach, which provides personalised workout plans for over 25 fitness activities. Workouts adapt daily based on a user’s activity history, recovery levels, and sleep data. For those who combine multiple exercises in one session, the mixed session profile captures all activities together for more accurate tracking. Even without setting up a full plan, users receive daily workout suggestions.

To improve accessibility, Garmin has added a spoken watch face that reads out time, health data, and hourly alerts. A colour filter option offers visual adjustments for users with different forms of colour blindness, including grey scale, red/green, green/red, and blue/yellow settings.

Premium design and connected features

The Venu 4 is available in two sizes, 41mm and 45mm, with colour options such as lunar gold with light sand or silver with citron. Both models feature a sophisticated metal design, interchangeable leather or silicone straps, and a built-in LED flashlight for better visibility at night. A speaker and microphone enable users to make and take calls when paired with a compatible iPhone or Android smartphone, while certain voice commands, such as starting a workout or setting a timer, can be activated directly from the watch without a phone.

Beyond its design, the Venu 4 offers Garmin’s full suite of health and connected features. These include Body Battery energy monitoring, women’s health tracking with temperature-based ovulation estimates, ECG app access, training readiness, recovery time, wrist-based running dynamics, and safety and tracking tools. It also supports smart notifications, Garmin Pay, onboard music storage, and integration with popular fitness apps.

Availability and pricing

The Venu 4 will be available in Singapore from 6 October 2025, with a suggested retail price of S$729. It can be purchased at Garmin Brand Stores, Lazada, Shopee, the Garmin Online Store, Takashimaya, and other authorised retailers.

Garmin continues to position itself as a leader in wearable health technology, aiming to support users in adopting healthier habits with devices that combine style, innovation, and practical functionality.
