Honor opens largest store in Singapore with hands-on access to Magic V5 foldable

Honor opens its biggest store in Singapore at Plaza Singapura, featuring the Magic V5 and exclusive launch-day promotions.

Honor has officially opened its largest Experience Store in Singapore, located at Plaza Singapura above Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. The new retail space marks the brand’s fourth physical outlet in the country, following its previous stores at Causeway Point, NEX, and Tiong Bahru Plaza.

This centrally located branch serves not only as a retail outlet but also as a service centre, offering support for Honor’s full range of devices. According to a press release from the company, customers will be able to try out a wide array of products, including smartphones, tablets, wearables, and accessories.

The highlight of the store launch is the availability of the newly unveiled Honor Magic V5. Priced at S$2,199, the foldable smartphone is now accessible for hands-on trials, allowing potential buyers the opportunity to experience the device in person before making a purchase. This move is expected to benefit users who are located far from other Honor outlets but wish to explore the new model first-hand.

Honor Singapore also revealed plans to expand its retail presence even further, with a goal of opening three additional outlets across the country by the end of 2025. The brand’s growing investment in the local market reflects increased attention towards meeting the needs of Singaporean consumers.

Tiong Bahru Plaza store opens alongside, but on a smaller scale

Coinciding with the launch of the Plaza Singapura store, Honor has also opened a new outlet at Tiong Bahru Plaza over the same weekend. However, the Tiong Bahru branch is not as large and does not operate as a service centre like its Plaza Singapura counterpart.

While both stores launched together, the main focus has been on the Plaza Singapura outlet due to its scale and its dual function as a retail and service point. The added convenience and visibility of this central location are expected to attract more customers, especially those interested in high-end devices like the Magic V5.

Opening day promotions attract early buyers

To celebrate the store openings, Honor is offering several limited-time promotions at both the Plaza Singapura and Tiong Bahru Plaza locations on 19 and 20 July 2025.

Customers who pre-order the Honor Magic V5 at either store will receive an extra mystery gift valued at S$669, in addition to

The standard pre-order bundle is available for purchase online. While the company has not officially disclosed the nature of this bonus, promotional material hints at a possible candidate—the Honor 200 with 512GB storage, which is listed at the same price point.

In addition, selected Honor tablets will be available for just S$99 to the first 50 customers. A range of accessories, including earbuds, will also be on sale starting at S$19. Every purchase made during the promotion period gives customers a chance to participate in an instant lucky draw, with prizes worth up to S$299.

These launch-day offers are expected to draw considerable foot traffic, helping boost brand awareness and customer engagement in the competitive Singapore tech retail scene.
