Solace has introduced a new partner programme aimed at helping consulting, integration and technology partners support enterprises adopting agentic AI. The company believes that agentic AI is driving a shift toward more automated, context-aware operations, and that partners need stronger capabilities to meet rising expectations in real-time data access and decision-making.
Agentic AI is becoming a core priority for organisations looking to improve productivity, reduce operational costs and manage complex processes with greater agility. The shift is also prompting a wider rethink of enterprise data infrastructure. IDC has projected that by 2027, most large enterprises will adopt a federated approach to data in order to support the real-time demands of agentic AI. The analyst firm also expects that 80% of agentic AI use cases will rely on real-time and pervasive data access, placing pressure on organisations to modernise their underlying systems.
Solace says its updated programme is designed to help partners address these challenges by offering a more complete set of tools, incentives and training. The aim is to accelerate customers’ modernisation plans, improve the flow of real-time data across varied systems and cloud environments, and shorten deployment timelines for digital transformation initiatives. The company’s real-time data and agentic AI platform underpins this approach, providing the foundation for building event-driven architectures and intelligent, automated workflows.
Expanded benefits for Solace partners
The new partner programme, which is available starting 19 November, offers a wider set of benefits to help partners grow their business and support clients adopting event-driven and AI-led solutions. Solace has introduced new incentives linked to referral activity, co-selling and customer impact, designed to encourage closer collaboration and joint market engagement.
Partners will also gain access to expanded co-marketing opportunities, including shared campaigns, events, case studies and visibility through Solace’s own marketing channels. Skill development is a core part of the programme. Solace is offering updated product courses, certifications, best-practice guides and sandbox environments to support training and hands-on learning.
Lee Mainman, Chief Marketing Officer at Bits in Glass, said the company has already seen the value of working with Solace. “Collaborating with Solace has helped us deliver innovative solutions that drive meaningful transformation for our clients,” he said. “The new Solace Partner Program strengthens that foundation, giving us even more tools, support, and go-to-market opportunities to lead the next wave of event-enabled, AI-driven innovation.”
Supporting global enterprises with real-time data needs
Solace has built its platform around the requirements of enterprises that depend on real-time data flows and fast decision-making. Over the past two decades, the company has worked with organisations in industries such as manufacturing, retail, transportation, logistics and financial services. Its customers include Bosch, Heineken, Schwarz Group, RBC Capital Markets and PSA Singapore.
The company says this experience informs its renewed focus on agentic AI, especially as organisations look to integrate legacy systems with cloud-native and AI-driven environments. According to Solace, partners play a crucial role in delivering this integration at scale.
Paul Fitzpatrick, Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at Solace, said the programme aims to help partners lead the industry’s transition toward agentic AI. “Leading enterprises rely on Solace partners to implement the real-time data and agentic AI solutions they need to transform the way they operate,” he said. “The new Solace Partner Program is designed to help our partners not just deliver on that mission, but lead it. Agentic AI is unlocking new frontiers of efficiency intelligence and scale, and whether it’s building modern architectures, migrating legacy systems, or innovating high-performing solutions, Solace is committed to supporting our partner ecosystem’s success every step of the way.”
The programme is now open to prospective partners.
