LG unveils AI-powered innovations at CES 2025

LG unveils AI-powered innovations at CES 2025, showcasing personalised solutions, luxury design, and sustainability in everyday life.

LG Electronics has taken the stage at CES 2025 in Las Vegas with its latest showcase, themed “Life’s Good 24/7 with Affectionate Intelligence.” The display highlights LG’s cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions designed to transform daily life through convenience, personalisation, and sustainability.

The centrepiece of LG’s booth is the immersive Brand Façade, a massive semi-circular LED display combining kinetic movements and vivid visuals. This installation, part of LG’s customisable Kinetic LED Media Art series, sets the tone for a futuristic experience, demonstrating how design and technology can work together to redefine spaces.

Showcasing innovation through everyday scenarios

LG’s booth is divided into zones that represent different times of the day—morning, noon, afternoon, evening, and night—each demonstrating how AI can enrich routines and enhance living spaces. This approach reflects LG’s “Space-as-a-Service” vision, which focuses on creating intelligent, adaptable environments.

In the “Rise & Shine” zone, LG demonstrates how its AI Home adapts to personal routines. Technologies like face and voice recognition enable personalised wellness insights and entertainment, while the On-device AI Hub ensures that sensitive data remains secure.

For professionals, the “Work & Create” zone introduces the LG gram Pro 2-in-1 laptop and LG CreateBoard, showcasing how AI can simplify tasks and generate actionable insights. Gamers are treated to the “Gear Up & Game” zone, where LG’s ThinQ ON technology connects smart devices to create a customised gaming experience. Products like the LG UltraGear OLED Bendable Gaming Monitor highlight the potential for immersive play.

Merging luxury with innovation

One of the standout exhibits is the “Curate & Elevate” zone, which combines AI with premium design to showcase LG’s SIGNATURE lineup. The latest 4-Door French-Door refrigerator with a transparent OLED panel and the Smart InstaView Microwave exemplify the blend of style and functionality. Collaborations with iconic design brands such as Kartell and Molteni&C further emphasise how LG’s technology can elevate living spaces into luxurious environments.

Visitors are also captivated by the kinetic media chandelier—a centrepiece featuring transparent OLED displays. When closed, it highlights the elegance of OLED transparency; when open, it dazzles with synchronised visuals and lighting effects, demonstrating the potential for AI-enhanced interiors.

A commitment to sustainability

Beyond its technological advancements, LG’s exhibition underscores a strong commitment to sustainability. Symbolic tree installations throughout the booth represent environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, including efforts toward carbon neutrality and sustainable energy. These elements align with LG’s long-term vision for creating a greener future while advancing AI technology.

LG’s participation at CES 2025 reflects its dedication to pushing boundaries in innovation. By integrating artificial intelligence into everyday life, the company aims to deliver a future where technology enhances both convenience and sustainability.
