OPPO launches new service centre and online store in Singapore

OPPO opens a new service centre at The Cathay and revamps its official online store in Singapore, offering exclusive promotions and rewards.

OPPO has expanded its consumer offerings in Singapore with the launch of a new service centre at The Cathay and the revamp of its official online store. The move highlights the company’s strategy to provide a more seamless retail and after-sales experience for its customers in the country.

Dylan Yu, Marketing Director at OPPO Singapore, said, “At OPPO, we continuously strive to elevate how consumers connect with our technology, not just through innovation, but through meaningful touchpoints that make their experience seamless and personal. The launch of our new Service Centre and revamped Online Store reflects our commitment to delivering customers’ needs with excellence and care.”

Enhancing the digital shopping experience

The redesigned official OPPO Online Store aims to offer a more convenient shopping experience, from browsing to checkout. Customers can now access exclusive deals and enjoy added benefits through a newly introduced membership point system. Registered shoppers can earn points on purchases, which can later be redeemed for discounts, exclusive gifts and lucky draw entries via the My OPPO App.

The company has also launched the OPPO Store App, available on the Google Play Store. The app allows users to shop on the move, track orders and access account-specific perks, supporting OPPO’s wider push to deliver an omnichannel retail experience.

A new service centre at The Cathay

The OPPO Service Centre at The Cathay officially opens on 23 August. Located in the city centre, it is designed as a hub for both after-sales support and retail. Customers will be able to access repair services, diagnostics and consultations while also exploring the brand’s latest devices.

Alongside the service centre, OPPO will also open an offline store at The Cathay with special launch promotions. These include a complimentary OPPO Pad SE Wi-Fi worth S$249 for shoppers who spend at least S$1000, limited-time discounts on selected smartphones, and exclusive offers for the first 200 customers on 23 August. Promotional prices on models such as the Reno13 Pro 5G, Reno13 5G, A60 and A3 Pro 5G will run until 31 August, while stocks last.

Promotions on the online store

The official OPPO Online Store is offering flexible payment options including credit and debit cards, PayNow, mobile wallets and Buy Now, Pay Later services such as Atome and Grab’s PayLater. Customers can also opt for 0% instalment plans of up to 36 months with selected banks.

Shoppers who use the membership points system can claim instant discounts across OPPO’s product ranges, with additional redemption value for certain models. Purchase-with-purchase deals are also available for smartphones, earbuds and tablets. In addition, customers who buy the Reno14 or Reno14 Pro will receive a complimentary Airalo eSIM with 3GB of data valid for 30 days, while stocks last.

The combined launch of the online store, mobile app and new service centre demonstrates OPPO’s ongoing effort to strengthen its retail and after-sales presence in Singapore.
