Happening from 28 November to 1 December at the Singapore Expo, Halls 5 and 6, this year’s edition is primed to pique the interest of gamers, gaming and technology enthusiasts, as well as digital artists.

The Gaming Zone offers free-to-play gaming experiences ranging from mobile and consoles to arcade classics and eSports tournaments. Attendees can also look forward to participate in digital arts workshops conducted by the East Asia Institute of Management (EASB).

A myriad of gaming experiences

The revamped Gaming Zone focuses on the millennials, creating an immersive family experience and stepping into the world of mixed reality that invokes both thrill and excitement. This year’s inclusive Gaming Zone will allow attendees from all walks of life to experience the different types of games that will be on showcase during the four-day event.

FIFA 20

The world leading gaming brand, MSI, will also be involved at the 2019 edition of SITEX, where attendees can participate in the MSI Gaming Triathlon Challenge 2019 at the MSI Carnival Zone, to win some attractive prizes. The challenge is suitable for both the young and the old, players will face off in three separate 1v1 game challenges randomly drafted out of a pool of 10 games which include games such as Tetris and Puzzle Bobble and modern day favourites like Street Fighter V and the newly released FIFA 20.

Mobile gaming fanatics can also take part in the PUBG (PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds) Mobile exclusive PUBGM X Vivo Premiums that will only be available at SITEX and battle it out with a game of PUBG Mobile to experience vivo’s gaming smartphones.

Other arcarde classics like Columns, Bomberman, Mario Kart, Metal Slug X, and old school “versus” fighting games such as Super Street Fighter II will also be made available at the event.

This year’s edition of SITEX looks to push the boundaries even further by

looking beyond the world of technology to gather together a community of “offline” gamers. Local game store, Gallant Games, will be bringing in different card and board games including popular table top role-playing game, Dungeons & Dragons, as well as miniature wargames like Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar.

Paired with the powerful hardware and yet another brilliant design from Alienware, the company is living up to its status as a high-end, botique system builder.
