Sony launches My Sony Experience Portal in Singapore

Sony launches the My Sony Experience Portal in Singapore, a one-stop hub for learning, support, and personalised customer engagement.

Sony has launched the My Sony Experience Portal (MSEP), an all-in-one platform designed to help customers learn more about their products, access support services, and connect with the wider Sony community. The new portal is now live and available at https://experience.sony-asia.com/sg/.

A hub for learning and discovery

The portal offers a central destination for customers to explore product features, pick up tips, and join workshops. It is designed to make it easier for users to get the most out of their Sony devices, whether in home entertainment, digital imaging, personal audio, or mobile. Visitors can also access product manuals, book repair service appointments, and learn about premium care options.

Sony has also integrated My Sony Academy into the portal, providing access to events and workshops aimed at deeper learning. In addition, exclusive contests will give customers opportunities to engage with the brand while sharing their experiences with the Sony community.

Building stronger connections

Sony said the launch of the portal reflects its commitment to strengthening customer engagement. By offering a digital space where people can share their creativity and experiences, the company aims to foster a closer relationship with its users.

Looking ahead, Sony plans to enhance the portal with richer content, more interactive events, and activities tailored to customer preferences. Using data-driven insights, the company intends to design personalised experiences that better resonate with different audiences.

A seamless and personalised journey

In the near future, the My Sony Experience Portal will deliver customised content and recommendations based on users’ product ownership and interests. The goal is to provide a seamless journey that adapts to each individual, offering both practical support and creative inspiration.

Sony also highlighted that the portal is part of its broader mission to deliver “Kando” – a Japanese concept that describes the deep emotional connection people feel when experiencing something beautiful or inspiring. Through this initiative, the company hopes to empower customers to express themselves in new and meaningful ways.
