StarHub opens new flagship shop at Paragon with lifestyle-focused retail concept

StarHub unveils its lifestyle-inspired flagship store at Paragon, offering exclusive deals and events to mark its 25th anniversary.

StarHub has launched its new flagship shop at Paragon on Orchard Road, offering a reimagined retail experience that blends technology with lifestyle. As part of the company’s 25th anniversary celebrations in Singapore, the Paragon outlet has been designed to feel more like a lifestyle space than a traditional telecommunications store.

The shop introduces a more relaxed, intuitive environment for customers to discover StarHub’s services and offerings. From soft lighting and natural materials to an open layout and immersive displays, the space was built to encourage exploration in a welcoming atmosphere.

A customer-centric retail design

The centrepiece of the shop is “The Lawn”, a lounge-like waiting area surrounded by digital screens showcasing the latest products and services. Customers are greeted by a concierge instead of queue numbers, with service managed through SMS notifications and name-based tablet displays. This approach removes the formality of traditional counters and puts a stronger focus on personal interaction.

QR codes are strategically placed throughout the store, giving customers easy access to product information, service options and exclusive offers. Whether browsing independently or speaking to a service advisor, customers can expect quick access to support.

Platinum customers are offered a separate lounge with priority service and complimentary coffee, providing added comfort and exclusivity.

Interactive zones and opening promotions

The flagship store is split into distinct experience zones. In the mobile and accessories area, visitors can try out the latest devices and premium accessories. The home entertainment section features an interactive display of StarHub’s broadband, content, and tech offerings. A “Customer Favourites” wall in each zone highlights popular products and trending selections.

To mark the opening, customers visiting StarHub Paragon from now until 8 June can enjoy exclusive promotions worth over S$100. These include:

  • S$100 Takashimaya vouchers with any mobile trade-in
  • S$100 off devices for new sign-ups or port-ins on 4G Device Plan XS
  • S$100 eCapitaVouchers for broadband plans (5Gbps at S$45/month or 10Gbps at S$59.34/month)
  • S$100 eCapitaVouchers for HomeHub+ UltraEntertainment Max or Asian plans (S$98/month)
  • A free standard Disney+ subscription for the first 100 broadband or HomeHub+ sign-ups on 20 May
  • Two months of free SmartSupport Plus (worth S$19/month) with any mobile plan

Exclusive events and activities in-store

To further enhance the in-store experience, StarHub has lined up a series of exclusive events and perks throughout May and June. Football fans will be able to meet Premier League legends John Barnes and Joe Hart during a special event on 24 May.

Other planned activities include complimentary Galaxy wraps with any Samsung Galaxy S25 series purchase, tech talks hosted by Apple and OPPO on AI and cybersecurity, free mobile health checks provided by Asurion’s mobile clinic, and live support from Hub Troopers on-site to answer questions.

StarHub’s new flagship outlet reflects the company’s broader strategy to make technology more accessible, enjoyable and human. The brand aims to set a new standard in telco retail by delivering a space that puts the customer experience at the forefront.
