TeamViewer has launched a new global Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partner Programme to help service providers scale their business, improve service delivery, and strengthen competitiveness in a fast-growing digital services market.
Supporting managed service providers worldwide
The programme is designed for MSPs of all sizes and maturity levels. It provides a clear framework to help partners grow more efficiently, offer higher-value services, and stand out in competitive markets. Companies including Unisys and CyberPlus are among the first to join.
The launch comes as Singapore’s digital economy now contributes over S$113 billion to GDP, yet small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) remain vulnerable to costly IT disruptions. Managed services can reduce IT costs by up to 35% and cut downtime by 60%, highlighting the need for scalable support systems that allow MSPs to protect business continuity and accelerate digital transformation.
New framework and dedicated advisory support
The MSP Partner Programme introduces a tiered structure that matches how service-led organisations operate, whether they are new providers or established businesses managing complex digital workplaces. It is designed to reduce barriers to entry, improve commercial transparency, and offer practical tools that support customer value and operational excellence.
A key element is the new MSP Advisory Council, a group of industry representatives who will provide guidance to keep the programme relevant to evolving market needs. “MSPs play a critical role in shaping the digital future of businesses everywhere,” said Greg Gyves, Global MSP Director at TeamViewer. “This programme is a direct investment in their success, and in a new way of partnering that puts their service offering, scale, and ability to deliver at the forefront.”
Advanced technology and growth tools
Partners will gain access to TeamViewer Tensor, an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant remote connectivity platform for managing distributed IT environments. They will also benefit from a comprehensive price book that enables predictable, scalable growth. A structured development framework helps MSPs create and launch digital workplace services more quickly.
Patrycja Sobera, senior vice president and general manager of Digital Workplace Solutions at Unisys, said the initiative “empowers managed service providers to innovate and scale with confidence”. Mark Oakton, managing director of CyberPlus, added that the collaboration strengthens trust by combining cybersecurity expertise with AI, augmented reality, and advanced monitoring across IT, OT, and IoT systems.
TeamViewer has also introduced the MSP Growth Index, a maturity model that allows partners to assess their current capabilities. Participants receive a personalised report with benchmarking data and practical recommendations to help them evolve into strategic advisors for their clients.
Enabling growth in Singapore and beyond
TeamViewer is inviting service providers to explore the programme, especially in markets such as Singapore where SMEs are accelerating digital adoption but facing rising cybersecurity risks. The initiative offers both new entrants and established providers a clear path to operational resilience and long-term growth.
TeamViewer, headquartered in Göppingen, Germany, employs around 1,900 people worldwide. In 2024, the company generated approximately EUR 671 million in revenue and continues to provide digital workplace solutions for hundreds of thousands of customers globally.
