XPENG marks first anniversary in Singapore with coffee giveaway across the island

XPENG celebrates its first anniversary in Singapore with an EV-powered mobile coffee cart and special perks for customers.

XPENG is celebrating its first anniversary in Singapore with a coffee-themed campaign that blends technology with tradition. Partnering with heritage roaster Tiong Hoe Specialty Coffee, the smart electric vehicle maker will roll out a mobile coffee cart powered entirely by its EVs, offering complimentary brews to the public across multiple locations.

The initiative, called XPENG Barista on Wheels, marks the brand’s first year in Singapore and highlights how its technology can extend beyond the road to everyday experiences. It also underlines XPENG’s intention to connect with the local community while showcasing the versatility of its electric vehicles.

“XPENG’s first year in Singapore marks an important milestone, and we are grateful for the warm welcome from the community,” said Cindy Tanaga, General Manager for Premium Automobiles. “Coffee is an integral part of Singapore culture, and this collaboration with Tiong Hoe Specialty Coffee is our way of saying thank you to the community that has supported us toward this special milestone. At XPENG, we enjoy blending technology, innovation, and tradition to elevate everyday moments that go beyond the driving experience.”

Coffee cart tour from 18 October to 2 November

The XPENG Barista on Wheels will tour six locations over three consecutive weekends, serving up 100 complimentary cups of coffee each day from 10am to 12pm, or while supplies last. Each cup will feature the XPENG blend, a roast with notes of hazelnut, caramel, and brown sugar made from a 50-50 mix of Indian and Brazilian beans.

The pop-up locations and dates are as follows:

  • 18 October – East Coast Park (Carpark C2, near East Coast Commune)
  • 19 October – Dempsey (Carpark outside Culina)
  • 25–26 October – XPENG Showroom
  • 1 November – East Coast Park (Carpark E2, near Lagoon Food Village)
  • 2 November – Bukit Timah Carpark (outside Beauty World MRT Exit C)

Special perks for XPENG owners

As part of the anniversary celebrations, XPENG owners in Singapore will enjoy 10% off all purchases at Tiong Hoe outlets throughout November and December 2025. To redeem the discount, owners simply need to present their XPENG car key or mobile app at the counter.

Further partner privileges will also be available through collaborations with brands such as Petite Fleur and Awfully Chocolate, adding more value for existing customers. XPENG will share updates on pop-up locations, event highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments on its social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook at @xpeng.sg.

A growing presence in Singapore’s EV market

Founded in 2014 in Guangzhou, XPENG is a global electric vehicle company focused on clean, intuitive, and innovative mobility solutions. With R&D centres across China, Europe, and the United States, it continues to advance core technologies such as autonomous driving, SEPA 2.0 architecture, and in-vehicle infotainment systems.

In Singapore, XPENG is represented by XPremium BEV, a subsidiary of Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd. Premium Automobiles, known for introducing Audi to Singapore in 1999, became XPENG’s exclusive retail partner in July 2024 and has since launched the XPENG G6, an ultra-smart coupe SUV, and the XPENG X9, an ultra-smart MPV.

Through initiatives like Barista on Wheels, XPENG aims to strengthen its local presence and build stronger connections with the community as it looks ahead to the next stage of its growth in Singapore’s EV market.

XPENG advised that readers can stay tuned to its Instagram and Facebook pages (@xpeng.sg) for the latest event updates and location confirmations for the final weekend.

Editor’s note: This story has been updated following a statement from XPENG Singapore. The company announced a logistical change for its anniversary campaign, with the XPENG Barista on Wheels event on 25–26 October now taking place at the XPENG Showroom due to overwhelming public response. XPENG also advised that readers can stay tuned to its social media channels on Instagram and Facebook (@xpeng.sg) for the latest updates on the 1–2 November pop-up locations.
