ASUS launches AI-enabled NUC 14 Performance Mini PC

ASUS introduces the NUC 14 Performance, a powerful and customisable mini PC with advanced AI capabilities, available in Singapore from August 2024.

ASUS announced the ASUS NUC 14 Performance, a state-of-the-art mini PC tailored for businesses that require both high efficiency and the ability to customise. This new model is powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra 9 or Ultra 7 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 or 4060 graphics cards, offering robust power for applications reliant on artificial intelligence.

Advanced AI capabilities enhance performance

The new Intel Core 9 and 7 series CPUs bring substantial improvements, with computing performance increasing by approximately 21.5% compared to prior generations and a reduction in power consumption of up to 40%. These processors have an integrated Neural Processing Unit (NPU), specifically designed to optimise AI tasks such as image generation and facial recognition, ensuring efficient and prolonged computing performance.

Superior graphics and display options

The ASUS NUC 14 Performance features the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics cards, utilising the highly efficient NVIDIA Ada Lovelace architecture. With support for up to 64 GB of RAM, these graphics cards significantly enhance virtual environment rendering and speed up operations across multiple programs. The mini PC supports connection to up to five displays through an array of ports, including HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4a, and Thunderbolt 4, making it ideal for AI developers, fintech professionals, and other users who benefit from efficient multitasking.

Customisable and adaptable design

Designed for highly customisable business applications, the ASUS NUC 14 Performance is offered as an NUC Kit. This allows users to choose their own operating systems, RAM, and SSDs, as these are not included by default. The design is free of logos, facilitating the easy addition of a corporate or company logo. Additionally, the mini PC has a versatile stand that supports vertical and horizontal placement, optimising space in various workspace configurations.

Availability and pricing

The ASUS NUC 14 Performance will be available in Singapore from the end of August 2024. The Intel Core Ultra 9 185H Processor version is US$1,746, and the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H Processor model is US$1,453.
