Delta Electronics showcases smart manufacturing solutions at ITAP 2025

Delta Electronics showcases smart automation, robotics, and energy solutions at ITAP 2025, driving the shift towards Industry 5.0.

Delta Electronics, a global leader in power management and smart green solutions, is presenting its latest innovations at the Industrial Transformation ASIA-PACIFIC (ITAP) 2025 exhibition in Singapore. The company is highlighting a range of technologies designed to accelerate digital transformation, improve productivity, and advance sustainability as manufacturers transition towards Industry 5.0.

“Digital transformation is the foundation for the next era of smart manufacturing,” said Jimmy Wan, Country Manager, Delta Electronics Singapore. “At ITAP 2025, we’re demonstrating how Delta’s advanced automation and infrastructure solutions can help manufacturers achieve greater efficiency, precision, and sustainability while paving the way towards Industry 5.0.”

Driving efficiency through virtual development and automation

At the centre of Delta’s showcase is the DIATwin Virtual Machine Development Platform, which enables virtual prototyping and concurrent mechanical, electrical, and system control design. This platform allows manufacturers to validate machine concepts, optimise work sequences, and conduct interference analysis before physical deployment. By doing so, it reduces overall equipment development time by more than 40%.

Delta is also featuring its smart screwdriving systems, including the Delta Smart Screwdriving Analysis (DIASSA) and electric screwdrivers. These systems deliver precise torque control, process traceability, and quality management, making them well-suited for modern assembly lines. Complementing these solutions are Delta’s SCARA robots, which offer high-speed performance, precision, and flexible integration for applications such as assembly, handling, and inspection.

Advancing sustainability with integrated solutions

Beyond automation, Delta is presenting a comprehensive suite of solutions aimed at building intelligent and sustainable factories. This includes motion control systems such as the AC Servo Drive ASDA-W3, Linear Pocket Actuator LPL, and servo motors, which provide high-performance precision motion. The Electric Cylinder Servo Press AM-ASP-F is designed for efficient forming and assembly operations, while the SCADA System VTScada supports net-zero factory management.

To help manufacturers modernise existing facilities, Delta is showcasing smart retrofit solutions like the LOYTEC LROC-800 room controller. The company is also demonstrating advanced ICT cooling technologies, including a liquid-to-liquid coolant distribution unit, which improves energy efficiency in data centre and industrial environments.

Delta’s energy solutions are another key part of its portfolio, with products such as the DELTerra C & U energy storage systems and DC Wallbox EV chargers enabling cleaner and more reliable energy use. These technologies support the shift towards renewable energy and align with Delta’s commitment to sourcing 100% renewable electricity by 2030 and achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 under its RE100 pledge.
