Newgen named a leader in IDC MarketScape reports for intelligent CCM and automated document generation

Newgen Software has been recognised as a leader in two IDC MarketScape reports for its AI-driven customer communications and document generation solutions.

Newgen Software, a global provider of AI-enabled digital transformation platforms, has been recognised as a leader in two key IDC MarketScape reports. The company earned this recognition in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Intelligent Customer Communications Management 2024 Vendor Assessment (December 2024) and the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Automated Document Generation and Customer Communication Management 2024 Vendor Assessment (December 2024).

These reports highlight Newgen’s strong market positioning in the field of customer communications management (CCM), powered by its NewgenONE OmniOMS platform. This platform helps organisations streamline and personalise communications, allowing them to operate efficiently and respond faster to customer needs.

Powerful AI-driven features

The report on automated document generation and CCM praised Newgen’s use of generative AI technology. According to IDC MarketScape, “Newgen Generative AI capabilities empower users to easily create highly customised forms with a variety of components, including rich text areas, grids, image carousels, and navigational elements while also supporting custom CSS for branding and survey-based form building.”

These AI tools enable users to create personalised forms while simplifying complex design processes. Additionally, the platform supports real-time content generation, advanced algorithms for understanding user preferences, and the ability to generate language translations automatically.

The IDC MarketScape for Intelligent CCM echoed similar praise, noting that Newgen’s focus on responsible AI allows its platform to deliver tailored user journeys and instant conversational support. “Newgen delivers highly personalised user journeys and real-time conversational support, leveraging advanced algorithms to understand individual preferences, generate forms, and derive language translations,” the report stated.

Enhancing customer experiences

Runki Goswami, Global Head of Marketing at Newgen Software, emphasised the importance of effective communication in today’s customer-centric world. “Modern customers expect timely, relevant, and accurate communication through their preferred channels. One flawed experience can undermine their loyalty,” Goswami said.

“With NewgenONE OmniOMS, integrated with the power of GenAI, we empower our customers to design effective, customer-friendly, and relevant communication. We believe being recognised as a leader in the IDC MarketScape report further validates our commitment to driving continuous innovation and making a meaningful impact on customer success,” Goswami added.

Why organisations should consider Newgen

The IDC MarketScape for Intelligent CCM suggested that midmarket and enterprise organisations seeking a comprehensive solution for managing complex communication networks should consider Newgen. The report stated, “Midmarket or enterprise organisations that seek a robust and scalable solution with strong native AI features and intelligent forms for managing complex communication networks and journeys should consider Newgen.”

With Newgen’s tools, businesses can enhance their communication strategies, ensuring that messages remain accurate, engaging, and relevant to their audience. This recognition reinforces the company’s dedication to providing innovative solutions for evolving business needs.
