Razer PC Remote Play, now available, lets you stream PC games on mobile devices

Stream PC games on your phone or tablet with Razer PC Remote Play—now on iOS, Android, and Windows. Enjoy smooth gameplay and top features.

With Razer’s latest launch, Razer PC Remote Play, you can stream your favourite PC games to your mobile device. After its first appearance in beta form at CES 2025, this new platform is officially out, and it’s packed with helpful features to give you a better gaming experience on the go.

Whether on an iPhone, Android, or Windows device, Razer PC Remote Play lets you access your full game library from your mobile. It works seamlessly with the Razer Kishi Ultra Controller, so if you’ve been waiting to get the most out of that controller, now’s your chance.

Improved features for smoother gameplay

Razer has added several upgrades since the beta version, and they’re designed to make streaming easier and more enjoyable. One of the major updates is the new automatic optimisation tool. This feature matches the game’s resolution and refresh rate to your device, so you no longer have to deal with black bars on the screen. The gameplay looks more natural and fills the whole screen, giving you a more immersive experience.

The platform also now supports the AV1 video codec. This means better image quality and lower latency, perfect for fast-paced games where every second counts.

Compatible with a wide range of devices

You can use Razer PC Remote Play with iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices. To get started, ensure your device is updated to iOS 18, Android 14, or Windows 10 or 11. If you’re playing on an iPad, keyboard, mouse, and trackpad support are added to enjoy games like first-person shooters with more control options.

You’ll need two apps: Razer Nexus and Razer PC Remote Play. Razer Nexus is where you’ll manage your games, tweak your controls, and even record gameplay. It also keeps your controller updated.

If you’re using a Razer Kishi Ultra Controller on Android, you’ll have a special treat—Razer Sensa HD Haptics. This feature gives you vibration feedback that reacts to the game in real-time, making the experience feel more lifelike.

Easy to set up and ready to stream

Getting started is simple. Install both Razer Nexus and Razer PC Remote Play on your device. Then, go to Razer Cortex on your PC and enable Remote Play. You’ll need to sign in with your Razer ID to link everything. Once set up, you can stream games from platforms like Steam, Epic Games, and Microsoft’s PC Game Pass.

It’s not just limited to the Razer Kishi Ultra Controller—you can also use other controllers compatible with iOS and Android. But if you want the best experience, the Razer Kishi Ultra is a top choice. It’s currently available for S$239, and you can buy it on Lazada, Shopee, or directly from Razer’s official website.

So, if you’re ready to take your PC gaming with you wherever you go, Razer PC Remote Play might be the solution for you.
