Samsung opens Business Experience Studio in Singapore for enterprise innovation

Samsung opens its Business Experience Studio in Singapore to help businesses explore tailored digital solutions using its latest technologies.

Samsung Electronics Singapore has officially launched its new Business Experience Studio, a 2,150 square foot space designed to help local businesses explore how Samsung’s advanced technologies can meet their digital transformation needs across industries.

Located in Singapore, the studio provides hands-on demonstrations of Samsung’s business solutions, including professional displays, enterprise-ready Galaxy devices, and platforms such as Samsung Knox, Samsung VXT, and SmartThings Pro. Developed in collaboration with local partners, the studio aims to show how these technologies can be customised for specific business use cases.

Supporting business digitalisation across industries

According to Samsung, more than 90 percent of companies in Singapore have adopted some form of digitalisation, but many still struggle to extract maximum value from their technology investments. The Business Experience Studio serves to bridge this gap by helping organisations visualise practical deployments of Samsung solutions.

“The Business Experience Studio aims to demonstrate and inspire our customers on how they can design and deploy purposeful solutions from Samsung within their organisations,” said Timothy Tan, Head of Integrated Business at Samsung Electronics Singapore.

The space features ten dedicated zones, each showcasing how Samsung’s platforms integrate across various business functions. For example, the Samsung Visual eXperience Transformation (VXT) platform enables cloud-based content management across all Samsung displays, while SmartThings Pro allows real-time automation and monitoring through an intuitive dashboard, optimised for commercial, residential and educational environments.

Samsung Knox, the company’s enterprise security platform, offers real-time protection for connected devices against digital threats, supporting businesses’ cybersecurity needs across all levels.

Real-world use cases on display

The studio highlights how Samsung’s solutions can be tailored to specific sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, retail, education, and logistics. For hospitality and healthcare, Samsung’s mobile and display technologies are shown enhancing guest and patient experiences. In education, supersized 5K UHD displays, E-Boards, and Galaxy tablets are featured to support interactive learning, alongside workshops introducing generative AI skills and Galaxy AI features to educators and students.

Retail showcases include Samsung Kiosk, Colour E-Paper EMDX, and Knox Capture, designed to enhance operational efficiency and staff productivity. Rugged Galaxy devices with IP68 and MIL-STD-810H ratings are also displayed to demonstrate reliable communication and workflow continuity in harsh outdoor or unpredictable environments.

A Command and Control Centre setup further illustrates the integration of Samsung business displays and software for backend operations, featuring high-resolution video walls with ultra-narrow bezels for improved decision-making.

Partner solutions and integrated support

The studio also demonstrates partner integrations that show how Samsung’s hardware can be adapted to meet local business needs. One example is a contactless “Tap on Glass” payment solution using a Galaxy tablet, streamlining transactions by eliminating the need for separate point-of-sale or card terminals.

Samsung’s Integrated Business Team, made up of more than 20 specialists including sector leads, solution architects and consultants, will work closely with both public and private sector partners. Their goal is to help organisations develop tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experiences, and overall business outcomes.

“The Integrated Business Team and Business Experience Studio will demonstrate to customers our innovative and openness approach. We want to be able to facilitate meaningful collaboration that will ultimately deliver impactful business outcomes,” added Tan.
