ASUS unveils new TUF Gaming A14 laptop in Singapore

ASUS launches the TUF Gaming A14 in Singapore, featuring AI-enhanced AMD Ryzen processors, NVIDIA RTX GPUs, and a new ultraportable design, starting at S$2,799.

ASUS has launched the latest addition to its TUF Gaming series, the TUF Gaming A14, marking a significant advancement in the gaming laptop market. This new model combines cutting-edge technology with a compact, ultraportable design, setting a new standard for gaming and productivity on the go.

The TUF Gaming A14 is powered by the AMD Ryzen 9 AI HX 370 processor, featuring 12 cores and 24 threads. This processor is designed to optimise AI performance locally, minimising reliance on cloud computing and reducing both cost and latency. It boasts a built-in Neural Processing Unit (NPU) that delivers up to 50 TOPS of AI performance, enhancing tasks like eye-gaze correction and email summarisation through Windows Copilot tools.

Equipped with NVIDIA GeForce RTX Laptop GPUs, the A14 enhances AI capabilities across over 500 supported games and applications. This includes advanced photo and video editing, image generation, and programming. NVIDIA’s dedicated AI hardware, Tensor Cores, and TensorRT software further accelerate these processes. The laptop also supports DLSS Super Resolution, Frame Generation, and Ray Reconstruction, providing a top-tier gaming experience paired with a 2.5K 165 Hz NVIDIA G-SYNC-compatible display.

ASUS has introduced a 14-inch model to its TUF Gaming range for the first time. The A14 combines portability with powerful performance, weighing just 1.46 kg and measuring only 1.69 cm thick. Despite its compact size, the laptop supports an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU with a 100 W maximum TGP, offering superior gaming performance compared to many competitors.

The A14 also features dual-channel LPDDR5 memory and two M.2 2280 SSD slots, allowing users to upgrade storage easily. Additionally, it supports USB power delivery, ensuring convenient charging and compatibility across devices through USB-C.

Availability and pricing

The ASUS TUF Gaming A14 (FA401) is now available for pre-order until 7 August and will retail starting from S$2,799 on 8 August. It can be purchased from the ASUS Online Store, ROG Experience Store Bugis, and selected authorised retailers.
