M1 launches anniversary sale with zero upfront cost on new phones

M1 celebrates 28 years with a major sale offering $0 phones, low monthly plans, loyalty rewards and roaming perks until 15 June 2025.

M1 Limited has launched its biggest sale of the year in celebration of its 28th anniversary, offering significant deals to both new and existing customers in Singapore. Running until 15 June 2025, the M1 Anniversary Sale makes premium smartphones more accessible by allowing customers to purchase them at zero upfront cost. The promotion also includes Singapore’s lowest monthly plans, making it one of the most competitive telco offers currently available.

M1 remains the only telecommunications provider in Singapore offering substantial discounts on both mobile devices and monthly subscription plans to all customer segments. With these incentives, the company aims to provide more value for users looking to upgrade their devices without overspending.

Exclusive deals and loyalty rewards

As part of the promotional campaign, customers can take advantage of free gifts with every device plan purchased. Popular devices included in the offer are the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB, iPhone 16 128GB, Samsung S25 256GB, and Oppo Reno13 Pro 5G, all available with no upfront cost. Monthly plans for these phones start as low as S$48.95, with the iPhone 16 Pro Max available at S$79.95 per month.

M1 is also including worldwide roaming as a new standard feature across all device plans, extending even more value to frequent travellers.

The campaign encourages customers to trade in their old phones in exchange for further discounts. Depending on the model and condition of the device, trade-ins can return up to S$805 in cashback, which can be used toward new phone purchases or to offset monthly bills.

Loyal M1 customers are not left out. They will receive loyalty vouchers or discounts for their next device upgrade, which can be stacked with ongoing Anniversary Sale offers for additional savings.

Additional perks and recognition

Beyond phone and plan deals, M1 is providing extra ways for users to save. Cashback rewards can be earned when shopping online with partnered merchants such as Shopee, Expedia and FairPrice. These can be used to offset M1 bills, potentially reducing them to zero.

Customers can also participate in the Anniversary Claw Catcher Game through the My M1+ app. Weekly prizes up for grabs include bonus discounts and roaming perks, adding a gamified experience to the campaign.

Those on corporate individual plans will receive further benefits such as discounted rates and additional data allocations, ensuring business customers are included in the promotion.

The Anniversary Sale comes shortly after M1 received two key industry awards: Best Telecom Provider 2025 and Best Customer-Centric Telecom Provider, both awarded by World Business Outlook. These accolades highlight the company’s continued efforts to deliver value and service excellence in a highly competitive market.

The M1 Anniversary Sale is now ongoing and will conclude on 15 June 2025.
